Things i liked: Good location close to airport, accept foreigners, clean, nice breakfast (they even managed to get us a coffee sachets), view is not bad (high floor), rooms are warm and beds are comfortable. Thinks i found little disappoint - check-in took forever. One lady started checking us in, than another took over and was asking to show the same codes again. Main disappointment however was the SPA. We were told by Ctrip this hotel has a SPA (we asked ctrip to confirm with hotel), but when we arrived we were told SPA is not operational and to make things worsts - the hotel didnt have hot water. The water in the bathroom was around 20 degrees warm maybe - not warm enough to venture into shower. I eventually filled up half of the bath with this semi warm water and added 4-5 kettles of boiled water to get the temperature bit higher - before i could actually wash myself.

Great location within the ancient town Pingan Yi . but there's no hiking nearby just walking on roads and a short stroll around a small lake. The courtyard within the hotel lands a lot of extra space and means it is very quiet. The hot spring is an extra 68rmb. There was a big flood of water in the bathroom from a faulty joint which they fixed but for an expensive stay shouldn't expect to arrive to find a flood of water. It also recurred the following day and the air conditioner didn't cool the room. The bedroom itself was very spacious and attractive. A shame the drainage in the bathroom was terrible. Chinese breakfast. Easy to transfer to the airport.
