這間酒店我住了兩天，床褥很柔軟很好睡，但是，牆角有蜘蛛及蜘蛛網，電話也是壞的，要投訴要走落服務台。毛巾方面我相信他們應該是不會更換的，因為我故意掉了一條污糟的毛巾在浴室地上，之後讓服務員來清潔，怎料污糟的毛巾他掛回牆壁上重用，沒有更換，浴室渠口頭髮也沒有清潔。第二天，我要求換房，他們更換了另一間房間，衛生情況也是一樣，熱水壺裏還有水，電視是壞的。酒店沒有跟進。
