Lavande Hotel (Haifeng Phoenix New City) Reviews

I stayed here for one night while visiting my wife's hometown. When I arrived to check in, the front desk staff seemed shy and intimidated. I'm a foreigner, and I think their English was very limited. They only spoke to my wife and never really looked at me. The room was very modern, in fact, a bit too modern. Everything was automated, even the curtains. I spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to figure out how everything worked. Unfortunately, the section of the city where the hotel is located experienced several power failures while I was there. Whenever the power went out and came back on, my automated room would reset to the default settings. I also found several hairs and what appeared to be a spot of blood on one of my pillows. Finding that made me question the cleanliness of my room. Ultimately, I decided to check out a day early and relocate to another hotel down the road, where I had a much better experience. Overall, I was very satisfied. When I got off the bus, there were service staff to help with my luggage. The front desk lady was also very enthusiastic. She served tea and handed towels. Later, I brought my ID card to the front desk and even asked a robot to bring it to me. The room is clean and tidy, full of design, very new and very clean. I highly recommend it to everyone, and it is very cost-effective. There is also breakfast, which is quite rich and very cost-effective👍👍👍

Previously lived in Jinpeng International and Wanrui. Jinpeng is very quiet, this house is very clean, and the facilities are new, but the windows are not soundproof, and the roaring of cars on the road all night affects sleep. Others are fine, that is, the glass is not soundproof, and the glass is too thin. The quality of sleep next time is more important, so choose Jinpeng. Because it is too noisy, so the environment and facilities give three points.

這次回鄉掃墓共訂了三間雙床房 到達時未到check in 時間 客服都讓其中一間已準備好的房間給我們先放行李 房間包含早餐 早餐款式不算多但尚可 去天虹打車5分鐘 酒店旁有個小便利店

好幾次和家人回海豐都是訂的這家店。大堂大氣，店員非常有禮貌，房間很大，酒店贈送了自助早餐，裝修挺新的，衞生特別乾淨。偶然發現電梯口和酒店門口的城市風景很美，在這裏一起分享給大家。這個價位這樣的服務和品質體驗真的非常滿意。前台還推薦了當地的大排檔，點了一點小海鮮、家鄉煲、水蟹湯之類的，味道確實很不錯，正宗的廣東味道。吃完散散步，對海豐的回憶優多了一絲愜意 … …

再一次入住麗楓酒店，汕尾我最喜歡的酒店。 前台服務員態度和藹，賓至如歸的感覺。 客房景觀開揚，遠離城市的煩惱。

我經常住酒店，各式各樣的都住過，但是海豐確實沒有寵物友好酒店，麗楓非常友好地接納了狗狗，衹要不吠就行。酒店施捨全，空調給力，安靜舒適，每次有免費雪糕和飲料。今天離店的時候大暴雨，工作人員撐傘給我上車真的感謝🙏有被感動到。唯一的問題就是冬天住的時候那個方形馬桶確實有點礙事兒

汕尾站過來有接車服務，對沒出差的人來説比較方便。入住給了毛巾擦手還有花茶，旁邊還有羅漢果和薑茶選擇真的很貼心，可惜雪糕要等到夏天才有供應，酒店還是很不錯的，服務到位，衞生乾淨！

前台贈送了飲料還給免費升級了房型 ！窗簾燈具空調都很智能化。有免費的充電線，房間香香的很乾凈 真的很棒！下次來汕尾還會訂這家！

之前出差如果附近有麗楓都會選擇原因是性價比不錯 並且海豐這家麗楓給我印象很好 服務好 訂的是小窗房 前台無條件給升級了豪華房型 還貼心的送了紅糖薑茶 衞生也乾淨
