Great stay and hotel is located in a nice place with many duty free shopping.

I recently visited the Flair Bar on the 20th floor of the Ritz-Carlton in Haikou and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. The bartender, Cathy, displayed remarkable skill and creativity with her cocktail mixology, making each drink not just a beverage but a memorable experience. The manager, Sophie, ensured everything ran smoothly, reflecting her excellent management skills and attention to detail. Additionally, the waitresses Vicky and Ruby were the epitome of professionalism and warmth, making our stay even more enjoyable with their attentive and friendly service. The ambiance of the bar was elevated by their combined efforts, making it a must-visit spot. Kudos to the team for their outstanding service which significantly enhanced our evening!

The room is really beautiful. I always feel like I live in the house. The housekeeper Nico is very nice.

It's really good. The price is very affordable during the off-season. It's very suitable for leisure and vacation. There are no disadvantages except that it is a little far from the city. There are also places to eat nearby. It's quite convenient overall! The executive lounge is very good, and the bar is also very good!

The hotel lobby and rooms are very stylish. I like the scent of black orchid aromatherapy. I would like to praise the girl at the front desk. Due to the weather, the flight was delayed and she helped us check out three hours later. The night bed service was professional and considerate, full of sincerity. If the toilet in the bathroom is smart, it will be even more! The hotel as a whole gives people the feeling of service first and people-oriented.
