缺陷房，要使用公共廁所，這個在預訂時是知道的，可以接受。但是，明明寫着火炕床，但炕是一點都不熱的，與店家溝通過，他們説有燒炕，是恆温的。對，恆温，就一整晚都是冰涼的。我們又不是沒睡過火炕床，如果不是炕床直接寫明白就好，被坑就不爽。廣東人衹能靠自身正氣熬過一晚的。
客棧距離雪鄉雪韻大街有1小時車程，店家説會安排車來雪鄉景區接，但沒説收費，我們都以為是客棧派車免費接送（我們前一天在雪谷的客棧是店家開20分鐘車免費送到羊草山收費站），下車後卻説要收每人50元的車費。可以理解收費，但必須用車前説啊，不喜歡這種事後被逼交費的感覺。
反正雪鄉都是坑，誰來誰知道。雪谷比雪鄉性價比高太多了。
