"Perfect for families with kids, perfect for families with kids, perfect for families with kids! **Facilities:** Forget about the traditional 'kang' beds you might associate with Snow Village; this is a purely modern hotel with very new facilities. **Hygiene:** The hygiene is excellent, making it a top choice for families with children. **Environment:** It's right next to Xueyun Street, super convenient. The view from the window is fantastic; you can see the mountain scenery, the boardwalk, and Xueyun Street. **Service:** The service is incredibly warm and welcoming. There's a dedicated butler providing one-on-one service. Just ask them anything you can think of; there's nothing they can't handle. When we checked out, my daughter wanted to ride the big sled. Our butler, Dayo, didn't hesitate and pulled the largest sled to take us to the shuttle bus. Their enthusiasm was so great it almost made us a little embarrassed!"

"I think this is one of the better hotels in Xuexiang. They even have butler service! The rooms are stylish and in a great location. You can see the ski slopes right from your room, and it's right outside the door – so nice! We skied at night, and it wasn't crowded. The butler, Wang Yu, not only provided baby toiletries for my child, but also delivered fruit, frozen pears, and frozen persimmons in the evening. The next day, he even gave the three children fridge magnets. When we left, I forgot my bag at the hotel, and Yu Ge (Wang Yu) helped me carry it to the scenic area entrance. The service in all aspects was excellent."

"This is a newly opened hotel, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It's located in a small alley right off Xueyun Street, offering a quiet escape while still being convenient for getting around. I booked my room half a month in advance, and as soon as I did, Xuexiang guide Yongheng enthusiastically contacted me. He gave me a lot of travel advice and helped arrange a round-trip private car service from Yabuli West to Xuexiang, making sure to brief the driver not to smoke. Yongheng is the same age as my daughter; he's a young man with the warmth and honesty typical of Northeasterners. He checked in on us and offered advice before, during, and even after our stay. Xuexiang is beautiful, and the people here are wonderful. I'll definitely come back next time!"

"The service attitude is poor. There is not even a bottle of water in the room. The room is less than 15 square meters for 2330 a night. The breakfast is so simple. Forget it. It is understandable that it is expensive during holidays, but it is not so bad that there is no space to open a suitcase. I am also helpless. If it is not in the snow town, no one would stay in such a house for 100. I really don't recommend it. The cost performance is very poor."

"The retro room, with its cozy memory foam mattress on a traditional 'kang' (heated brick bed) like those in Northeast China, was amazing. You could even burn a fire for warmth and sit cross-legged to eat. The old newspapers and wooden cabinets really brought back a sense of nostalgia, taking me back to my grandma's house. I didn't want to leave once I checked in! I also loved the hotel's food; it was incredibly delicious. Our whole family was very satisfied. Snow Mushroom Hotel, I'll definitely remember you! [chuckles]"

"Overall a good hotel and you can’t ask for more with the price that you are paying in snow town. Everything is expensive in snow town. Probably one of the best deal in snow town. Owner and staff are friendly. Room is new and clean. But don’t expect a 5 star rating with good breakfast, good sound proof walls and non smoking area. In China, people smoke anywhere. It applies to the whole of snow town too. At least this hotel provides enough Hot water for shower. There’s some hotel in snow town that runs out of hot water in less than 5mins of shower."

Hengdaohezi Observation Deck Homestay

"The room was exactly as pictured, and you could see the snow right outside the window. We woke up early to watch the sunrise and take photos from there, and the kids had a blast playing in the snow behind us. Right outside the door was a viewing platform where you could see the whole town, complete with a swing. For lunch, we ate at the host's place. You could order from a menu, and we had dumplings and stewed green beans, which were absolutely delicious and so affordable. When we were leaving, we almost missed our high-speed train, but the host was kind enough to drive us to the station. We're really grateful! I'm definitely coming back here to stay for ten days to two weeks once I retire."
