【服務】老闆、老闆娘、廚師、後勤等眾人待客非常有禮、熱情，後面的雪谷遊戲、滑雪場推薦、出行當司機+導遊、上下車接待，永遠都是面帶微笑。看到我們要去玩雪，還借了我們幾個護具之類的東西，防雪進鞋子和搞臟褲子鞋子。服務這項是絕對滿分。 【環境】客棧就在二浪河景區裏面，如果不是二浪河景區晚上不給弄多一些燈光裝飾，感覺二浪河和雪鄉不相上下，而且比雪鄉更多添一份恬靜。白天的雪景也很是美好，完全滿足南方人對雪景和玩雪的期待。 【飲食】在客棧吃了一頓早餐，中餐餃子和晚餐，早餐是送的饅頭稀飯鹹菜雞蛋，中餐的餃子味道不錯價格適當。客棧有廚師廚房菜單，豐儉由人。讓客棧加熱點我們自帶的食物，廚師也積極響應。聽説我們沒吃過，老闆娘還送了我們凍梨品嚐。 【住宿】客棧是按照東北大炕頭的風格去裝修房間的，網上的圖片和實際基本一致。 【其他】沒有隱形消費，所有消費項目都是按照和老闆事先談好的價格去交易。

二浪河的景觀和體驗感真的要比雪鄉強很多，雪鄉人多擁擠物價還高。二浪河景色絕佳，寧靜而美好，想要體驗東北農村的建議選擇二浪河！ “帶你去雪鄉客棧”河很棒，暖暖的炕、打開窗户就能看見雪和陽光的房間。老闆和老闆娘人都特別好，老闆親自接送，老闆娘連柚子都幫忙剝好，真的是超級貼心。穿東北的大花襖、玩潑水成冰、吃當地的特色美食，在酒店全都可以實現，酒店的做的柳根魚、小雞燉蘑菇、野山菜炒雞蛋都超級好吃！

確實很不錯，老闆服務很好，車接車送。最主要是價格合適，比住在雪鄉里要實惠很多，去亞布力也方便。

進屋第一個感覺就是好温暖，床品好乾凈，東北特色熱炕真的是穿短袖都要出汗。門口有老闆堆的冰滑梯，娃兒玩得很開心。店裡的廚師手藝不錯，推薦鍋包肉。老闆和老闆娘都嘎嘎熱情，溝通起來特別順暢。總體給人一種回家的感覺，推薦帶娃來住。

老闆很熱情誠信經營，提前預訂來了節假日也沒有漲價，房間很乾凈暖和，洗漱用品都有，窗外雪景很美，客棧有提供雪圈、滑板，門外有個小坡可以滑，找老闆拿個勺子就可以拍潑水成冰，自製冰桶有凍梨（以上都不收費），另外客棧內可以點菜解決吃飯問題，出行老闆會幫忙代訂優惠門票叫車，行程體驗很贊推薦入住
