訂房的時候，是酒店的標準圖，入住時候，是土坑床，我也提前幾個月定的，當時這個類型的房間，也才三百多，這個訂了差不多八百，本想住好點，屋子還像個雜貨間一樣，幾乎沒隔音，關門和不關門沒什麼區別，非常不滿意，大過年的，還是在雪鄉比較偏的位置，大過年的，想錢想瘋了

雅夢閣2278元的房價早餐想吃個雞蛋也沒有！
旺季房價高得失去了理性也就罷了！你倒是把該做的工作做了呀。打開門從5個台階下往樓道里搬行李，衹聽到樓道深處傳來呵斥：把門關上。樓道里到處堆滿了垃圾和雜物。所謂服務枱就是一個像買酒的檔口，一個無精打采的男人給了二層的房門鑰匙，我們都60多歲了，也不見有人過來幫把手。進入房間一股惡臭，想打開窗户發現窗户被封死了。衞生間洗手池水龍頭沒有把手，地漏沒蓋惡臭。衹有牙刷沒有肥皂，浴液和洗髮液瓶子很臟，噁心，一瓶是空的，另一瓶裡邊不知是啥，噁心。衹給了一小圈手紙還沒小孩拳頭大還一用就破。熱水器三十升左右不夠一個人用的，還根本調不合適水温就沒熱水了，熱水還是黃色的。就兩條小毛巾，還看不出更換了沒有，沒有一次性拖鞋。被子被罩百分百沒換過，噁心。早餐衹有饅頭、米粥和四種鹹菜，向服務大媽要雞蛋，答：一個雞蛋3塊！我去真忒麼是一次噩夢一樣經歷，必須向有關方投訴！噁心得剛出完的飯都吐出來了！

趕上旅遊旺季人多房貴，我認了。到了雪鄉一打聽貴出大幾百，這錢可真好掙。房間小設施簡陋也算了，老闆你服務好點也行啊，要這沒有要那沒有，人家連個吃飯的店還給孩子借了個雪爬犁玩兒。中午12點就催着問什麼時候退房，你自己在平台上寫的下午兩點，搞的跟失憶了似的，老闆催完不好意思了就讓阿姨來催，強烈建議別來這家。

1、訂了四人房廁所異味嚴重，協商後更換了雙人房。
2、床品不乾淨，見頭髮；毛巾、杯子不乾淨，不敢用。
3、隔音差，能清楚聽到旁邊説話。
4、用的是電熱水器，出水小，衹能用3分鐘熱水。
5、入住沒交代有早餐，自己到外面吃。

實在是訂不到其他賓館菜選了這家，大踩雷🥲洗澡的熱水十分不穩定，熱一下冷一下的，隔音很差，隔壁説啥聽得清清楚楚，衞生也不行，臟兮兮的
