We are very satisfied with the service. Will clearly highly recommend it! It was a great rest! We waited a whole day for our boarding but our flight got canceled eventually and the hotel is the best thing that happened to us!

A clean hotel with a good location near the station. Our room was on the 6th floor and thus we had a great view of the Skyline. The room was clean and adequately large. The station environment ok, but we were just sleeping there.

Easy to get to from the train station and staff were great with our basic German! Room was clean and tidy and very big!

Wir haben das Hotel mit Freunden über Pfingsten gebucht. Es ist ein sehr modernes und schönes Hotel. Die Parkplätze sind etwas eng und der Autoaufzug war ein Highlight. Unser Komfort-Zimmer haben wir uns etwas größer vorgestellt. Die morgendliche Sonne konnten wir auf dem Balkon gut genießen. Das Bad war okay, könnte aber in einigen Ecken etwas sauberer sein. Das Frühstück war absolut top. Eine riesige Auswahl und liebevolle Details haben überzeugt. An den Wochenenden kann es mit den Plätzen schonmal eng werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.... manchmal sehr redselig. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

We have been staying in this hotel at the end of February. The rooms of the hotel are as shown in the photos. The beds are very comfortable and warm. The bathroom, although small, is very practical. Generally the cleaning of the hotel is very good. The staff who have been very friendly at all times have responded to all our doubts quickly. The hotel has a very good breakfast and you have a variety of salty and sweet meals served in a buffet style. The hotel has a very good location, and the hotel has a very good location. Although it looks good in principle because it is in the centre of the city, 3 minutes from the main station, the streets around it and the same street of the hotel is taken by criminals (they did nothing but we saw the roofs), Drug addicts and traffickers buying and consuming drugs, making them zombies that go from one side to the other shocking with you, and through the red neighborhood, where the drunks, drug addicts and prostitution locals are gathered. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. It is a pity because we liked the hotel very much and the stay there was very good, it was only affected when we left or returned to the station.

Had to book in here at short notice as Lufthansa had royally shafted us with our flights but to be honest, we wished we had stayed here instead of a more expensive place in the middle of Frankfurt. Close to the S-Bahn station or a €20 Uber ride into Frankfurt itself. Rooms are a decent size and clean. The showers are spot on. Staff were really nice as well. Can't comment on breakfast as we left before. There doesn't seem to be much in the area but the McDonald's round the corner was enough for us. As a base to explore Frankfurt it would be ideal. A lot cheaper than staying in the city centre

The air conditioner is not working well, the room card often cannot be swiped to open the door, other things are ok! There is a bus stop at the entrance of the hotel, which can directly reach the city center and the train station, which is very convenient!

I am still staying at the hotel and my experience so far has been absolutely horrible. The checkin was so slow and the male receptionist was disinterested for any greetings let alone offering any help with baggage . Sent me through wrong side of the lift and had to take stairs to get to my room it would have been easier if I was advised to take only 3 steps of stairs and the then the lift which opens right outside the room I was allocated. The cleaning standards of the hotel are awful on next level. The room is so dirty , the corners are filthy and the situation under the beds is disgusting. The housekeeper enter your room to verify if you are staying over rather than checking the system at the reception. The cleaners seem bothered when you ask them to refresh your room and they don’t greet you at all. It’s like I always have to remind twice if I need something. Customer service runs in negative not even zero . I made the biggest mistake of choosing this hostel /hotel , I have never experienced this bad hotel in my life. My recommendation, spend a little more and book somewhere where the staff actually wants to work. Well apart from greeted by a lovely lady receptionist on Saturday evening , the day I checked in ,,, nothing is right about my stay.

The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of the major sights, the town centre and the main train station. The room was small but cosy. The bed was comfortable. There was a well-stocked fridge in the room but I missed not being able to make a cup of coffee in my room. Wi-fi was included for three devices, the signal was strong and the speed high. I phoned reception for an extra pillow and housekeeping was quite quick to bring it up to my room. Most of the staff I interacted with were helpful but some didn't understand much English, making communication a little challenging. The breakfast was OK but not worth the €9 I was charged and somewhat underwhelming given the restaurant's high rating (Restaurant Oechsle). I specifically asked for a quiet room in my booking request but got a room right above the kitchen where I could hear the Schnitzel being prepared for the restaurant every so often while the kitchen was open (which sounds like someone hitting a nail into the wall). Noise from other guests in the rather narrow corridors was also very audible as was other doors closing. Not recommended for light sleepers. I also specifically asked for assistance with my luggage in my booking but this was not offered when checking in. Since there is no elevator and many stairs - in my case both up and down - to get to my room, this would have been very helpful. I later saw a small sign with very tiny writing - in Germany only - at reception to ask for assistance with luggage and the staff promptly helped me with my luggage when checking out. It was fine for a two-day stay but I will most likely try another hotel when visiting Aschaffenburg in future.
