We just stayed for one night. The Staff is nice and helpful and the rooms are good for this amount of Money.

If you are thinking of staying here please don’t. It is a terrible hotel and not like what it is advertised on Wotif. Staff very unhelpful, booked in advance but had no record of our stay, dirty linen, and general uncleanliness inside and out. Checked in and out on same day. Went to another hotel around the corner and was much better, cleaner, staff very friendly and helpful. I will never recommend this hotel.

Worst hotel I’ve ever seen We were greeted by an overpowering strong urine smell in the foyer. We were met by front staff who had no English and no idea that we had a booking through with wot if. Eventually we got a Seaview room which had an 2cm slither view of the ocean between the buildings. The room smelt of mothballs and the sheets were dirty. They changed the sheets and I complained that the second set were dirty as well. Cleaner said it’s only coffee stain? Do I have to put up with that. We dumped bags went to a beautiful hotel on the esplanade with a great view went back to galaxy and immediately checked out we refused to stay the night. They can keep our accomodation money we were just happy to get out of there. They couldn’t be bothered to use a internet translation Would not recommend this place

Friendly employee. he helps us with everything, my family is really comfortable here. The tours across the bay are very interesting. There is 1 car to rent for 1 day. I found the hotel wonderful for my family. I see joy and happiness here.

The hotel has a beautiful, central location, near many delicious seafood restaurants and cafes, convenient for living and going out, especially at night. The hotel owner is friendly and prepares a delicious breakfast. Family stayed for 2 days, enjoying Cat Ba in winter, running in the morning, walking in the afternoon, great atmosphere and scenery!

At first, I didn't expect too much because I booked the room urgently and the room price was quite cheap compared to the average price, but when I arrived, I saw that the hotel was very new, the room was clean, beautiful and comfortable, the smart TV played loud music. Yes, you can walk a few steps to get to the center so you can save a lot on travel costs. What makes me and my friend especially impressed at Galaxy Cat Ba is that everyone here is extremely helpful and thoughtful. When we first arrived, we didn't know how to get there. There was a staff member who came to pick us up. We went out late in the evening and couldn't find our way home at around 12 o'clock at night, so we were quite panicked. Luckily, after calling for 5 minutes, the manager was there to take us home. We got back to the hotel safely hehee. Well, the breakfast here has super delicious rolls. In general, I am very satisfied with my stomach, reasonable price and quality service. I will definitely come back next time. Rate Galaxy Cat Ba 100 stars hahaa

· Clean and comfortable rooms & exceptional service from the staff, especially Dai at the reception. He is always ready to help, and very trustworthy. Do not hesitate to book any tours, taxis, buses at the hotel; you will get the best service and price. Motorbikes available for rent (120k per day) at the hotel, very useful for visiting the hospital cave and national park on your own. Definitely recommend to stay here !!
