First, regarding hot water, there is an orange switch lever next to the bathroom light switch as soon as you enter.
Put it in the up position and hot water will be supplied.
As for breakfast, if there is a group of guests they get bühne hofer, but if there are only a few people staying they get instant breakfast.

Pros: Spacious, high ceilings, quiet and effective air conditioning, and fans. Large windows and balconies
Cons: No pool, no coffee/tea service, no kettle, no hot water. Poor breakfast.
