Абсолютно прекрасное место. Отдыхали с мужем и сыном подростком три дня. Все прошло замечательно. Завтраки чудесные, до Катба тауна можно на электрокаре за 3 минуты, можно пешком за 20 минут. В отеле много уютных красивых мест. Очень всем рекомендуем!

And the two rooms I booked were arranged on different floors for me, and then I disagreed and protested before I was transferred back. In other words, it was arranged very casually on the premise that there were rooms on the same floor, and the convenience of the guests was not considered at all. The two rooms are on two different floors. I believe it should not be very convenient for all guests.
For a hotel of such a high grade, this service is not considered for customers at all, and such service does not match its positioning, so the service rating can only be average.

The swimming pool is very beautiful, and the nearby waves often hit the area where we rest when they rush up the mountain wall, giving us a full sense of presence.
There is a slight malfunction between the shower head and the upper shower head, causing water to flow out from both sides but not enough water.
The foot of the bed is quite prominent and I bumped into it many times when moving around the room. It is an embarrassing and painful place.

Beautiful hotel, with a great location on the beach. 3 pools one of them heated. The rooms are very large and beautifully furnished, we really enjoyed our vacation. Breakfast was very tasty and varied. Can only warmly recommend this hotel.
