常年出差在外，第一次碰到服務這麼差勁的酒店，大家慎重
1.我們訂了3個房間，入住4晚，早出晚歸，幾天床單沒換過，一次性拖鞋沒換過，枕頭在沙發上都不理一下，找酒店處理推脱老闆很忙，事後告知查監控客房阿姨進去過代表就是打掃過衞生，這種推卸責任的解決方式居然是一個服務行業的態度
2.洗衣房不放洗衣液，去洗衣服讓自己去前台拿，推脱各種原因，請問洗衣液能省多少成本，難道我們這些顧客會把洗衣液吃了？
3.早餐太差了，四天都有團隊，七點多一點吃飯像搶一樣，關鍵就那麼幾個菜，就不能多準備一點，我們這些散客連菜都吃不上，牛奶雞蛋更是想都別想
