環境：不好，住5樓下面二層樓頂平台是頂層，每間出風口臭氣熏天，開了窗廁臭。不敢開窗． 衞生間乾濕分離形同虛設、淋浴間門縫大根本關不嚴，洗澡後外地面都是水很滑危險。 不知什麼鬼，不提供牙具，美其名曰環保，另自付收費1元后又綁架讓捐1分，為什麼不向顧客提供應有的服務費用再捐岀去呢，衹知道德綁架別人。 無語……三星級賓館不提供牙具。衹聽説為了環保不主動向客人提供的。
