酒店雖然開業時間有點長，但客房設施保養得不錯，除了衞生間有些大理石出現些許破損和開裂。酒店衞生工作非常好，工作人員也很有禮貌。早餐品種豐富，中西點心和各式飲料齊全，食物補充也很及時。不過早餐是客人不多，可能入住率不高。酒店大堂非常涼快，工作人員都身着西服，相比之下客房温度有點高，設定19度，而室温實際在25度，似乎客房沒有開啟製冷。酒店餐廳有中式套餐供應，價格非常實惠，味道也不錯。餐廳經理親自到每桌客人前徵求意見，贊一個。

2010年的酒店，裝修風格可能不是現在的，但是看得出是很豪華的。早餐也品種很多。前台的嚴女士非常專業和藹，入住的當天正好酒店泳池在維修，還給我免費升級了行政大床房。
