Beach Hotels in Hakodate

Good proximity from JR station and morning market (if you're interested). Good hotel for the price!

Very nice hotel, near JR Station and Fish Market, the view is amazing. You can walk to Redbrick. It was my 3rd visit to Hakodate and this hotel is the best that I ever stayed. Each room has washing machine and microwave, it takes some hours to do the laudry but the clothes are totaly dry. Very clean room and friendly staf. I’d love to stay in this hotel again on my 4th visit to Hakodate

It has been almost 3 years that we have not visited Japan. Once Japan opened tourism, we packed our bags. We decided this trip will be a trip to enjoy some onsen (hot springs bath) and to see some fall foliage in colors. We picked Hakodate for onsen. This hotel offers in room open air bath tub on the balcony with a 180 degree ocean view!! Our activities were focused on taking onsen and having great food at the hotel buffet restaurant. After a great onsen bath, we wore the clothing they provided to us to the restaurant, very layback and relaxing!! There were many families, old and very young at the hotel over the weekend. So we think families take short vacations here. Strongly recommend to add Hakodate and this hotel to be part of your tour in Japan !

This hotel is located at the Yunokawa area in Hakodate. It's reachable within 20 minutes from Hakodate bus terminal. There are three buses serving this area: 95, 95A and 96. There is also a direct bus from/to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto station with a fee of ¥900/person/way. We booked a Japanese-style room with a private onsen bath facing the ocean. The view is beyond our expectation. The room is super spacious - consisting of the entrance area, sleeping area, living room, a toilet, and bath area. They are still using the actual key instead of keycards. They served some snacks, tea, free beers, bottled water and cold tea. The room we booked also provided halfboard (dinner and breakfast). The food was amazing with many varieties, including our favourites - king crabs. All was served in a buffet style so you can eat this crab as much as you want.

I stayed overnight with my wife. I could see the Tsugaru Strait from the room. It was cloudy, but I understood the wonderfulness of the location. The food was really good. The seafood was fresh and the food presentation was great. I was also happy that the mini bottle of the festival was included free of charge in the reservation plan. There was a semi-open-air bath in the large communal bath. It was nice to see the Tsugaru Strait from here. The staff at the inn, including Mr. Nakai, served the guests very politely. The stay at this inn was very comfortable. With such facilities, meals and services, I thought it was a great deal to have a total of about 80,000 yen for two people despite the Obon festival. This is a recommended inn.

There is no one who speaks English in the entire hotel, making communication extremely difficult. There is a free lounge available. The hotel has a beautiful view, facing the sea. The breakfast in the restaurant is absolutely rich and diverse in Japanese hotels. It is well soundproofed and quiet. There is service every night. Staff will make the bed, so please bring your own cash. There are fewer bus trips. The Japanese-style hotel we booked has a large room and an outdoor hot spring, which is great. The drinks in the refrigerator are free. The service staff forgot to give us replacement toothbrushes. Everything else is good. This is a chain group and also has one in Noboribetsu.

I have been living in Hokkaido for the third year. Imagine's Toyako Lake Noboribetsu and Akan Lake and other online hot springs have been booked by accident. The price is reasonable. At that time, there were only seaview suites in this house. , Is the Japanese-style configuration of a normal seaview hotel, must go on a sunny day, otherwise it is really a gray sea, and if you are a couple, it is really suitable for taking pictures in the hall ~ This is usually a wedding contract, so it is basically white Master ~ When the room just entered, there was a smell of straw mat. But it was because of treading on rice, so I quickly adapted, and I was completely attracted by the sea when I entered the house. The one thing that was inadequate was that the bath was divided into the first and eighth floors. The same improvement on the eighth floor. The place for breakfast is too hard to find. It was only found in Qiguai and Baguai. The commendable staff in the lobby on the first floor is so enthusiastic to the extent of hhh. My girlfriend and I both want to carry our luggage and run away, hhh. In terms of traffic, a one-minute walk downstairs is the tropical botanical garden. There are little monkeys. There is nothing to see in autumn. It is only interesting to take a hot spring in winter. The traffic is a certain distance from Mount Hakodate. Although the location of the hotel is not near the jr station, it is still close to the tram station. It is also very convenient to travel in the city and accepts Hakodate Hill. However, the sea god wbf of the same group believes that there will be better facilities. If it is not for price considerations, I will definitely stay at the sea god hotel near Hakodate Station with hot springs.

just opposite the jr station which is super convenient. The morning market is located at the next street only while tram is just few steps away. the amenities are free flow before 10pm at the lobby, including facial care and even facial mask. however, the room is a bit hot even though the temperature outside was -1 because the window gap was so small. Tried to switch off the aircon but it was still hot. Overall quite worth it.

In terms of service it was pretty much non existent for such a good / upscale hotel no one is there to bring you baggage up to your room. As for the room even if you are a solo traveler it is just way to small there is practically no space to walk around. But very nice facilities and lobby area with top tier breakfast provided. Decent location too around 5 to 10 minutes walk away from the train station and the morning market. Those are like the only saving grace to be really honest.
