Very spacious condo and easy check-in process. The condo was clean and had more than enough space for the three of us. There was even a massage chair! The check-in process was easy and it was only a 7-minute drive from the station - I would recommend getting the address in Japanese though if getting a taxi because it was difficult to translate. The condo itself is close within walking distance to many restaurants and the Brick Warehouses which was great. Only issue was there was no elevator so carrying our heavy luggage up the stairs was a bit of a struggle but nothing too bad. Overall we had a great stay!

It was larger than I expected, clean and comfortable. As mentioned in the reviews, I couldn't find loungewear, but since it was in the amenities section at the reception, I thought it would have been nice to have an explanation at the beginning. Also, an empty pet battle was found under the bed. Other than that, it was very comfortable and I'm glad I used it.

Advantages: Very close to Kanamori Warehouse and Mount Hakodate. The room is large, has a refrigerator and microwave, and can be used as a kitchen. The equipment is new and very clean. It's great. I will choose to stay here again.
Disadvantages: The only regret is that there is no elevator, and there is no waiter at the counter.

Although we traveled by car, there was a parking lot (for a fee) and the room was clean, bright, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed, including a washer and dryer, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and a dryer. There are no supplies for dogs, but I brought my own so it wasn't a problem.
It was comfortable. However, I was disappointed that there was no elevator.

Large space, lots of windows for natural light. Plenty of restaurants nearby and within a quick walk to the ropeway and Bay Area. Very clean, and easy to check in and out even for an American with almost no Japanese
