5 minutes walk to Hokodate Station. very good location. staffs very friendly, efficient during checkin and check out. lift available. room and bathroom are clean. they prepared welcome drinks, including coffee. breakfast is just nice! 😀

good location. it's near to Hakodate morning market. You can walk around 400-600 m. I suggest everyone reserve herer ＜3 ,

We were stayed at comfort hotel for 2 nights. It's very close to Hakodate station and morning market. We are recommended for this hotel as it's so convenient and nice Japanese restaurant around the area.

This hotel was very close to the train station and morning seafood market. You can easily access the Hakodate tram line right outside the hotel or walk to nearby tourist attractions. The hotel room we booked was a double bed room and was decently sized. From what I could tell, the room was maybe double the size of others. We didn't partake in their complimentary breakfast, but it looked popular. Laundry and vending machines are on the 2nd floor. All around nice stay.

This is a sleep and go hotel. only stay for 1 night. room is very small, me and my husband are the plus size person, difficult to move. location is great, staffs are friendly too. i love their free breakfast, though simple spread but full of nutrients. good value hotel for short stay.

Good location, 3mins walk to JR and Morning Market. Tram just right infront of the hotel

Location is fantastic as it is located near the Hakodate morning market and bus terminal. Easy to move around as we took the bus across the road to Mount Hakodate to see the night view

Location is good but hotel so so! Can’t on the aircon and it’s only autumn ! Room very noisy as have to open the windows for ventilation! Can’t get good night sleep

Nice location, walkable to fish market. Parking is cheap and convenient for in and out Free breakfast is included with stay, appreciate it Very poor bedding and pillow, uncomfortable in room stay

Nice hotel ,location is good near to the train station . within walking distance and also is near to the hakodate early market

Room size is good cause I booked two twin bed room. Close to Station and other check point.

+  Tram Station in front of hotel. + Big & Clean Room comes with simple complimentary breakfast. -  Check out time is 10 am.  Extension per hour costs 1500 yen. -  Hotel has only 1 lift serving 11 floors.
