The facilities are old, but well-cleaned and I was able to stay comfortably.

We stayed here as a family of five. The room was very spacious with a separate living room and bedroom, and we had a very comfortable stay. The bathroom was separate, not a unit bath, so we were able to warm up even in the cold winter.
The morning market is right in front of the hotel, so we would like to come and stay here again.

Loved the location - right across from fish markets which is what we wanted. Nice Firm mattress on which I slept great, small room and step up Japanese Toto bathroom. Would stay again..,spend your money on food as Hakadate has the best seafood I ever had and I live in the ocean!

The location is great. It's a short walk from Hakodate Station. The hotel is right in front of the morning market, and I was surprised to see that the front desk on the second floor was directly connected to Lucky Pierrot.
The hotel's exterior and elevators show signs of age, but the rooms have been renovated and were clean and comfortable.
