アクセスもよくコスパは抜群です。建物の外観はやや古めの印象も、部屋はワンルームのデザイナーズ住宅にも見えます。
少々残念だったのは、壁が薄いなと。防音材が更に入っていれば尚良かったです。
それでも又機会があれば是非泊まりたいですね。

立地は五稜郭には近いですが、繁華街からは少し遠いので飲み歩くにはちょっと不便かなと思います。
コーヒーがいつでも飲めるサービスはよかったです。
朝食も本当に簡単なトーストと粉末スープのみですが、コンビニに行かずに済んだので助かりました。
部屋は壁がかなり薄く、隣の方の話し声が普通に聞こえました。
部屋が寒くてエアコンをつけっぱなしにしていましたがかなりうるさいです。

Biggest hotel room I've had in Japan so far, with 20' ceilings. Concrete floor probably didn't help with the sea lion rookery snoring next door to me. Not much the hotel can do about that. The A/C fan is too quiet to help drown out such noise. Bring music in case you run into the same thing.

コスパはそこそこでは有るが、部屋内のフロアーがデザインの関係上、コンクリート打ちっぱなしはどうも落ち着けないかな。スリッパはあるが、日本人は素足で過ごしたい。
天井が異常に高い所は開放感があるかな？
無料提供のコーヒーはまずまず、ＢＳテレビを導入してほしいかな。
