道民ですが、函館が遠いので前乗りのためにこちらのホテルを予約しました。お値段も安く、清潔感もありアクセスもばっちりだと思います。駐車場は1泊700円でした。
エレベーターにも貼り紙はありましたが、空調が暖房しか使えず（季節によるかと思いますが）、暖房を切っても暑かったため窓を開けました。冷房が使えたらなあと思いましたが、飲食店も周りにたくさんありますし寝るだけの方にはおすすめです！

酒服務服務人員很nice，但是住宿的房間顯然已經很陳舊了，但距離函館站，朝市都是步行可達，交通很方便

I had a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. However, the toilet was small, and there was no beverage corner for a quick refreshments. Family mart, sushi restaurant, ramen shop and cafe are conveniently located next to hotel within 5 to 10 minutes walk.

Great location! Near JR hakodate and morning market, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist. Room was clean. I was very pleased with my stay.

방은 일본호텔 기준으로 보통(?) 으로 작습니다.
화장실도 아주 작습니다.
하코다테에서 잠만 잘 곳이 필요하다면
무난할 것 같습니다만 그렇게 추천은 안할 것 같습니다.
주차장 이용에 있어서 소통이 잘 안되어 아쉽습니다.
호텔 주차장이 야외에 따로 있는데, 자리가 다 차서 없으면
안내된 주차장에 주차를 하고 주차권을 가져오면 돈을 준다고 한 것 같은데, 야경 보려고 외출을 해야해서 주차장 기계에 주차권을 넣고 500엔을 지불하고 영수증을 챙겼습니다.
야경 보고 돌아오니 호텔 주차장에 자리가 있어서(이 곳은 차단기가 없어서 자유롭게 출입 가능) 주차를 했고, 다음 날 체크아웃 할 때 전 날 주차영수증을 줬더니, 주차권을 달라고 하면서 소통이 안되었습니다. 영수증을 보더니 여기는 자기네 지정한 주차장도 아니라 하고 (지도 상으로 호텔에서 지정해준 주차장에 주차를 했었습니다.), 번역기를 켜서 대화를 했는데도 계속 주차권만 요구해서(그럼 차단기를 부수고 외출을 하라는 말인지-_-) 한참 서로 의사소통 시도를 하다가 그냥 포기하고 나왔습니다.
방 사진 찍은 것은 없고, 뷰는 옆건물 벽 뷰 였습이다.
