HakoBa Hakodate by THE SHARE HOTELS

What an amazing hotel HakoBA Hakodate is. It is located in the old Fuji Bank building which gives it a unique character. They have done an amazing job updating the interior making it look modern yet still letting the character of the building shine through, awesome! Staff at reception were super friendly and helped us with lots of recommendations, like food and drink, and helped us with the public transport 1-day pass which you can buy here. There's also a cool little shop in the reception area selling local gifts. The room was really nice and we were lucky they gave us a room on the top floor which meant the room had really high ceilings and amazing details on the ceiling. Bathroom was pretty large, very modern and clean. Location wise this hotel is perfect. It is a 20 minute walk from the station but well connected to other public transport like buses and the city tram system. Located in the middle of the redbrick warehouse area of Hakodate there's plenty of shopping and restaurants around. Ideal for exploring this amazing city. Highly recommend staying here!

It was comfortable. It was really comfortable already. I visited the south side based in Hakodate City, but I used it at that time. At first, I was worried because the price was too cheap, but when I stayed, it was very comfortable rather than no problem. The salty breakfast is very recommended. Also, I was very satisfied with the curry on Sunday morning. It is within walking distance from Hakodate Station and the parking lot was also able to stop with a roof. It may be recommended for motorcycles and bicycles. Thank you so much for your help. I'll come again!

In my 2 week hokkaido travel, this is the best hotel for value. The room is spacious for 2 pax. The Bath is a bonus after a long day of walking. The front desk service was very good too. As I had problem with the hotel parking system, the staff were very patient to walk us to the basement car park and guide us. Finally, the best part of our stay is the sumptuous breakfast. The spread is do generous that I want to stay in this hotel again. Best breakfast spread for this price. Make sure you try the breakfast if you stay there.

The hot spring this time had a good view ... The quality of the hot spring and the smell of the hot spring were good ... Also, when I went to Hakodate, I wanted to stay. From Hakodate Morning Market ... True squid live sashimi at night at Yangshu Bar (if you add geso to soy sauce, it moves and is fresh) ... Cheap and delicious, Peony Sea ** live sashimi, herring sashimi, hokke live sashimi, mambo liver mixing, raw sashimi, ... Live taraba, live hairy crab, live oysters ... ← Looking forward to the next time ... After eating ... Also ... Sky Traveler's Hot Spring ♨️ ... More than 8 times on this trip ... I tasted the hot springs ... It was the best ... ...I wish I had ice cream for breakfast...laughs

The hotel is an hour away from Hakodate station. It is an old styled hotel but well kept. Their bath is superb and we enjoyed using it. The receptionists didn’t speak English and they had instructions in English instead. They don’t provide any water. You need to purchase them for 100yen each. I asked for Japanese room but they gave me beds instead. I had pleasant stay and would consider visiting again
Yunohama Hotel

Visited as a day trip bather. This hotel is recommended as a fishing fire open-air bath. I was very impressed with the day trip hot spring. It is a powerful scenery that I think not only the smell of the sea, the sound of the waves, and the sound of the water splashing come to this place while looking over the sea of Hokkaido. The open-air bath facing the sea is a treasure of this hotel. The public bath still leaves a memory of this open-air bath. If you have a chance, it was an inn that you wanted to stay instead of a day trip. I kindly explained and took meals of the facilities without saying that the customer service was bad because it was cheap on the day trip hot spring. I wanted to stay in the special room open-air bath room of this inn this time. I definitely recommend it when visiting Hakodate with JAL mile digestion. Of course, you can enjoy it even on a day trip. The price is cheap, such as accommodation, and the outer wall is also aging. I don't recommend people who can't stand it. The hot spring inn with cheap and good location is the best here.
