Hotels Near Kurowashi Cape Observation Deck in Hakodate

What a wonderful experience! We were amazed at the selection of fresh seafood for breakfast and dinner. This is by far the best hotel seafood buffet for sure! The facilities are clean, rooms are spacious and tidy, overall ambience is great! Onsen is nice and relaxing. It is a bit far away from JR Hakodate station and does require you to either take taxi or bus. The hotel was offering a small hotel shuttle at the time which was nice however must reserve with the hotel before hand. The lady driving the shuttle bus was very nice and even gave us some traveling tips for the local area! Thank you! Special thanks to Mr. Yoshida-san at the front reception. He had noticed that one of the shuttle times we had reserved was not available that day, so he took extra effort to make sure we made it to the earlier shuttle time to make it back to the hotel. Thank you Yoshida-san! I really would like to come back and stay at Umi to Akari soon. It was a wonderful experience! Wish the best of success to this hotel!

I shouldn't, the room is made to make it seem that the Japanese-style room has been renovated, and it is a little larger than the business hotel room, and it is enough for two people, and the toilet, wash basin, and shower are separate 々. It was good, Coffee, tea, water, etc. were placed, the refrigerator was empty, the drawer of the desk was broken, but there was nothing left, the cleaning was good and there was a feeling of cleanliness, but I arrived early so I went for a walk. Go, I went out with the room key, the person near the front desk talked to me if I was going out and received the key, I was grateful that it was just a busy time of check-in, When I bought a drink at a nearby convenience store and returned, I seemed to be busy with check-in, so when I was on the sofa at the fireplace, the same person talked to me and brought me the key. (It was saved because the front desk was crowded) I went back to the room and had some time to have dinner, so I went to the hot springs, it seems that men and women are changing at night and in the morning, there is a pot bath on one side, The washroom is separated independently and it feels a little narrow. The hot spring has a wide open feeling, but the indoor bath smelled of chlorine (maybe because of my feelings). Water, hass cup juice, and ice cream were placed free of charge at the bath, so I got ice cream (I was warned that there were a lot of people bringing back to the room). Dinner was late, but the food was insufficient There was no such thing as doing it, but there was a time limit of 90 minutes after entering. Sushi, steak, tempura, grilled food, sashimi, etc. were lined up (it seems that sashimi can be made into a seafood bowl). There are udon noodles and soba noodles, and the curry udon made from kake soba and curry udon was said to be curry from Gotoken, so I asked for it and ate it (it was delicious), and the craftsman held the sushi. There weren't many types, but it was delicious, the steak was small and cut, but it was soft and delicious, and the dessert was ice cream, cakes, fruits, etc. Ice cream made by myself in Thailand. I couldn't make it well, there were melons in the fruit, there weren't many kinds, but everything was delicious and there was a coffee machine at the exit of the dining hall where I could take it back to my room and drink it. Breakfast was early and there was a time limit of 60 minutes after entering in the morning, the standard breakfast was lined up, there were curry and ramen, the curry was seafood curry but it was delicious, I had salt ramen, but it was quite delicious and it was a good level to eat at the store. (Recommended) All the food I ate was delicious. The checkout ended at the door of the entrance. It was a little different from the previous hotels, such as hotel explanations and simplification of amenities, either it is close to a business hotel or there is no hotel that is not very large, so it can't be helped. I couldn't hear the sound of the next door and sometimes the sound of the plane passing nearby, I could use WiFi in the building, but the connection was not very good, there seems to be no cart to carry my luggage, so there are many luggage It can't change much for people. I recommend it to those who want to enjoy meals and hot springs.

As expected from a new hotel, it was clean and friendly and I was very satisfied. The breakfast was delicious, and most of all, the Korean staff member, HANURU, was there, so communication was smooth. The free shuttle bus is also very unique. Since I take a hot spring in the morning and evening, my skin feels soft...it relieves fatigue, so it kills two birds with one stone. The weather was cloudy so I couldn't see the night view, but I still enjoyed seeing other tourist attractions. This is an accommodation with good memories that I would like to visit again the next time I go to Hakodate.

Picked this hotel a it was very close to the station and so easy to get to while dragging bags. Also very convenient for the central Hakodate facilities and shops. The hotel was typical of city centre, budget types i.e. rooms on the smaller side, but the service, cleanliness and value for money can't be faulted plus there was a very reasonable free breakfast. Wouldn't hesitate to use agin if back in Hakodate.

Hotel is directly across the street from the JR Hakodate train station and from the Hakodate morning market/right along the coast shoreline (see photo). Great location if you are arriving late or leaving early and still want to experience some of the town. Room amenities were very generous, they had a huge selection of free teas in the lobby. Along with complimentary afternoon coffee and coco.

It was easy to check in immediately after arriving because it was easy to arrive in the morning city by 2 minutes walk from JR Hakodate Station. There are many restaurants around and it is convenient during your stay. Personally, there are reasonable Hakodate gourmet shops such as Rappi, Hasest, and 500 yen bowls, and it seems that there is no problem even if you stay for about １ weeks. It is within walking distance to the center of sightseeing, and I think that you can go around enough in half a day except for meals. I was happy with ”squid salty” for breakfast.

I have booked 2 different rooms for 3 nights. I was told to check out on the 2nd day at 11am and come back to check in again for the new room but the check in time was unsure. On the day, when I checked out at 11am, the staff gave me the new room Key already - so the new room was already ready. It would Be much better if I was being informed in advance so that I didn’t need to carry my luggage’s to the lobby and go back up to the same floor when the new room was actually next to my Old one………

I used it for the first time. A luxury hotel, breakfast is a special mention! We chose Japanese food in Azeria for the first night １ and Matsumae for the second night. At the buffet, there was a heap of salmon roe that I had never seen before, and I was able to make a super gorgeous seafood bowl, which was really amazing. ２ Matsumae on the night was also a very nice set, and I chose the salmon roe set, but this is also super satisfying. My friend was Hitsumabushi set, which looked very delicious! The room was large and well maintained, and it was good because it had a long-established style plus modern functionality.

BREAKFAST WAS FULLY CROWDED IN LINE, THAN THE GUEST WHO WERE INSIDE ALREADY IN THE BUFFET .THERE WERE VACANT TABLES, THEY SHOULD LET US ENTER AND WE WILL FIND OUR OWN TABLE.SUCH A WASTED TIME FORMING A LONG ,LONG LINE JUST TO GET THE ENTRANCE CARD .UNLIKE AT HAKODATE KOKUSAI HOTEL NEARBY,THERE WERE SO MANY GUESTS COMPARE TO LA VISTA ,AS A GUESTS WE DIDNT FORM A LINE AND JUST ENTER SMOOTHLY AND FREELY WITHOUT THOSE ENTRANCE CARD FOR BUFFET.JUST ONLY YOUR RM.NO.CARD CASE ,SHOW TO THE RESTAURANT STAFF AND YOU CAN PASS EASILY.AT NIGHT I ATE AJISAI RAMEN BESIDES LA VISTA HOTEL .AND PLANNED TO GO TO THE BAR JUST TO ENJOY THE VIEEW AND DRINK SOME HOT COFFEE AND PERRIER.BAR CLOSED AT 24:30AM WAS STATED IN THE QR CODE .I ARRIVED AT THE BAR 23:45PM .THE BAR WAS ALREADY CLOSED 23:30PM ONE HR.AHEAD OF THE TIME .THE BAR TENDER SEND TO ME SORRY WE WERE CLOSED ALREADY.WHHAAT,!THEN I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AND TOLD HIM WHAT HAD HAPPENED .AND TOLD HIM WHATS THE USE OF LETTING US ACCESS TO YOUR QR CODE HOTEL LA VISTA INFORMATION , YOU MUST ALSO SEE TO IT THAT YOUR QR CODE IS UPDATED, THIS HOTEL IS A LIE.I WONT RECOMMEND THIS TO MY FAMILY OR CLOSE FRIENDS.WORST .DISMAYED

This was the perfect location to stay overnight on our trip between Asahikawa and Tokyo. We had travelled by train from Sapporo and were switching to the Shinkansen at Shin Hakodate Hokuto. We had booked a room with two beds which turned out to be either double or queen. We also hadn't realised that the hotel has an onsen, so this was a particularly nice surprise. The beds were good, and the Japanese style pillows were okay, too - sometimes they can be a bit hard, or too fat. The hotel is clean and modern with nice toiletries and yukata supplied. The only slight disappointment was that the restaurant was closed on the night we stayed (a Friday), but there is a Ramen restaurant downstairs in an adjacent shopping area, and this was fine.
