The hotel CP value is very good, and there is a free breakfast. It is very close to the tram station. The triple room is very large and can easily open three 28-inch suitcases. It was a room that children would be happy! When I entered the building, there were cute modern decorations, and it seemed that security in the middle of the night was also solid. We didn't go, but there seems to be a hidden spot and barbecue facility on the roof! Is the hall renewed? Like old and new? I think the cleaning was clean, but I couldn't get down because I felt like the pillows smelled like dust (^^ ;; Children who are tired of sightseeing for adults in Hakodate are also happy to return to the hotel I think it's a place is! You can stay with a large number of people, so I think it's good to stay with everyone on a trip with grandpa and grandma! However, please note that there is no hot spring!

Location is great. Just next to the morning market. I rented a car at Hakodate, so not sure about accessibility by public transport. Car park fee was 1000yen for 24hr, with multiple entries and exits. Room was nice and clean but a little small for family of 4. We had to squeeze on 3 beds. Breakfast was nice but nothing special.

Hotel located at the transportation hub where Jr train and bus station and tram line was just across the road. Good size of room and bathroom for Japanese standard. I enjoyed the sunset with good view. Public bath was clean and good. Breakfast has good varieties. Only feedback is internet is slightly slow.Overall I enjoyed my stay.
