check-in體驗極差，自助check-in，酒店沒有一個員工。
提前一天，攜程訂單上説讓打自己電話（連郵件都沒有！！！）聯繫酒店，打了電話給酒店，酒店説會發房間號與密碼給攜程，讓我去app上看。看了沒有任何訊息，又電話聯繫攜程客服幫忙問酒店，攜程客服回覆説酒店會發郵件過來，但是並沒有收到！後來又通過app聯繫攜程客服，攜程客服又聯繫酒店説稍後發郵件，過了幾個小時，確實收到郵件了，但是讓註冊個什麼東西，註冊完了還是沒有密碼。
當天下午兩點，與攜程再次聯繫之後，收到了郵件，並且攜程也把密碼通過app發過來了。
當天下午三點，到酒店入住，發現密碼是錯誤的！！！又通過電話聯繫酒店，搞了半個小時，才又給了新密碼！
入住體驗是我這輩子遇到過最差的！郵件收不到，前前後後跟酒店打了三個電話（國際漫遊費都不知道花了多少錢），跟攜程聯繫三次。氣憤！

非常棒的酒店！很新！房間裏一切齊全，基本就是很寬敞的公寓配置。一進門就急忙打開浴室想看看，發現更衣洗漱的地方有地暖，睡衣各種size都提供、電吹風戴森、還有洗衣機，私湯也是提前放好了在循環，很nice。客廳有投影和大電視，餐廳有電磁爐、大冰箱、烤箱、膠囊咖啡機，配了三顆東京款nespresso和兩顆無咖啡因膠囊，很周到。訂酒店的時選了早餐、放在了冰箱裏，此外還附贈了很多吃的喝的，感覺夠吃個兩頓了。陽台有燒烤爐和足浴池。酒店位置也很好，除了富士見景觀，它出門一邊元箱根港一邊箱根關所，巴士和坐船都方便。唯一的問題是退房時間早、外國人入住登記繁瑣，還有密碼催了好幾次才發我。總之如果天好能看到富士山，那就性價比高極高，很適合家庭入住～～

完美酒店 每間房都能夠睇到美景
入住前一天需要致電酒店提取密碼 自助形式辦理入住雖 然提取密碼過程有點困難,但都總算順利,三日兩夜,好 彩有一天天公做美 能影到美麗嘅景色 富士山就在眼前 酒 店一出不到3分鐘路程已有一間便利店讚酒店亦一早 提供welcome drink 及美味蛋糕 簡直物超所值 室內溫泉 亦可望到窗外風景去過很多溫泉酒店 呢間一定會再到訪

酒店環境設施沒的説 泡湯很舒服 景觀也不錯 還有很多免費的酒水飲料 就是天氣一直下雨 霧氣比較大 能見度低 看不到湖對面的景色 唯一感覺不足的就是酒店是自助的沒有前台 我們晚上九點多到的差點沒進去酒店大門 後來轉了一大圈才找到個pad和工作人員聯繫上 後來給的房間號和密碼 整體體驗感還是不錯的 很舒服！

Everything was great. The view, location, amenities, apartment facilities. We enjoyed our stay very much. One small thing though, an access code is required to enter the premises. We did not receive our code though the hotel said they have sent it via trip. Good thing we gave them a call a few hours ahead to ask for the code and managed to enter fuss free.

優點：窗外風景非常的棒，能直接看到富士山，另外就在蘆之湖旁邊，不論是坐船還是坐公交都非常方便，酒店非常新，裏面的設施也很齊全，總的來説是個很棒的酒店，可以非常放心的入住。
缺點：酒店衹能3點之後入住，我們兩點半就到了，在門口乾等了半小時，而且沒有門禁密碼的話是進不去的，我不知為何沒有收到門禁密碼，導致我們在門口等了半小時，這點很影響心情。另外入住的時候程序非常繁瑣，後面等了很多人讓我們倍感壓力，三個人的護照和照片換了很多人確認了無數次，如果不是因為我會日語，入住過程會變得非常緩慢、這點需要改進，另外房間裏沒有開Fuji water的起子，這點需要注意，應該準備一下。

全自助酒店，酒店大門和房間用同一個密碼進，入住後有個平板輸入正確訂單號（攜程給的訂單號輸入失敗，所以我入住和退房都沒填？景色一絕，室內温泉和陽台足浴都可以使用！適合家庭出遊
