非常好的一次體驗，貌似是之前訂的房間有點小問題，在前台辦理入住的時候旅館主動給升級了房型，服務恰到好處讓人舒適。我和先生入住的是小獨棟的房間，和式風格，兩個人入住寬敞舒適，房間自帶露天浴池，早起和晚上泡一泡真的好幸福呀。尤其是喜歡房間裏的暖爐桌，坐在裏面吃橘子真的是冬天的小幸福。建議一定要體驗酒店的料理，早餐和晚餐是不一樣的，品類多很美味。旅店大堂的紀念品我也很喜歡，買了茶杯和木頭小烏龜。另外，酒店周邊有一個很棒的美術館，推薦花半天時間去轉一下，很浪漫！感謝工作人員的貼心服務，以後會帶父母再來～

房間乾淨自不必説，主要是房間都配有室內湯池對有長者小孩的家庭入住者來説非常友好。幾乎沒有公共交通，衹能自己開車或者包車過來，下雪天車差點爬不上來酒店門口的坡道。

這家酒店房間比較大，但是比較適合度假過一晚的，因為附近沒有什麼特別好玩的是湯很舒服，看起來是硫磺的温泉還不錯，餐食的話適合旅遊的城市也十分的地道，其中有一個餐廳服務員小姐姐以及櫃枱的小姐姐服務十分好，但如果是作為連接想跟貨物和恐怖的中轉之地的住宿不是十分推薦

看了之前很多評價，説餐食很好，但是這裏都是預製餐，一點都不新鮮。魚和生魚片都不好吃。湯池衹有兩個。温泉還是不錯的。房間也很小，設施真心不咋的，個人感覺性價比很一般

The hotel is a bit hard to find. There are convenient stores nearby, just take a few minutes walk. The room is clean. No lift, it’s a bit tough if you need to take a heavy luggage to second floor. Lol
Overall, it’s a great hotel. The food in the restaurant is great. Good Japanese experience for us.

酒店在箱根整體地理位置不算很好，但是酒店門口就有公交站，還算方便。在箱根私湯房裡，這個價格算得上非常有性價比的，酒店環境和房間整體都不錯，餐食比較令人驚喜。
