When I leave the hotel after staying in the hotel, I need to pay nearly 4,000 for the room fee. I paid with the China Merchants Bank credit card UnionPay, but the store said that it did not receive the money. The mobile phone text messages and calls to consult the credit card center all indicated that this fee Payment has been made successfully. The store owner disagreed with our departure, saying that no money had been received. It has been deadlocked for nearly an hour. We still have to go. 3. I called Ctrip, and Ctrip said to contact a third-party organization. I was told: This situation often happens, so don’t worry at all. As long as I pay another 4,000 yuan in cash or other credit cards to leave the store, the previously paid The pen will be returned to us. We didn't have so much yen in cash with us at the time, and we didn't have any other credit cards. So I tried to use the VISA of this credit card to pay for the second time. After leaving the store, I called Ctrip again and asked the customer service when the money would be received. At this time, the customer service changed the subject and told me: I have to ask the credit card center for the money. In other words, it is not Ctrip's business. 5. After returning to China, I started to contact the credit card center. Until today, August 10, nearly a month, the money has not been processed yet. The feedback given by China Merchants Bank is that the hotel revenue system is backward, and UnionPay has no problem. 6. I booked this hotel through Ctrip, when will this matter be settled. How do you choose hotels and third-party agencies? 7. The ins and outs of this hotel are equivalent to deducting 3 times the room rate. 8. All Ctrip customer service calls are recorded, and the customer service ID is "712388" 9. Of course, the shopkeeper didn't receive the money, needless to say the arrogant attitude. The store repeatedly emphasized to us that they have no relationship with Ctrip and have not signed any contract.

This is a satisfying ryokan that made me spend a very happy time in Hakone! It was located right in front of the bus stop, so it was good to visit as a traveler using the Hakone Pass. We took a direct bus from the train station to the Pola Museum of Art, stopped at the museum, and then took the bus back to the accommodation. It was perfect - There is also a convenience store within walking distance. After checking in, I bought a lot of food and ate it haha As we walked up from the entrance, the staff came out and greeted us, making us feel welcome from the beginning, and although it is a traditional ryokan, we also liked the neat rooms rather than the old one, and the outdoor open-air bath was really the best!!! On the first evening, we used a public open-air bath, but there were few users, so we were able to enjoy it quietly, and the next morning, we paid an extra fee in advance and reserved a private open-air bath, and we were so happy! I want to go again because there are few reviews. There aren't many reviews for this ryokan, so I was worried when I made a reservation, so I'll try my best to write a review. The price is expensive, but I think it's worth the price, so I recommend it :)

The beautiful milky white, free-flowing hot spring is a great attraction, and the private open-air bath with a spectacular view of Hakone's outer rim can be enjoyed by oneself or with the family. Foreigners will be amazed and delighted by the hot spring minerals floating in the bathtub. The beautiful garden and walking paths offer completely different views depending on the season, and are especially recommended in the pleasant morning hours. There are many spots that will make you want to take your camera with you. You can also enjoy elegant kaiseki cuisine, and there are rooms with open-air baths, so you can experience the joy of a secluded stay away from the hustle and bustle.

It was wonderful staff! The rooms were cozy and the hotel was close to Kombini. The absolute best thing about the hotel was the breakfast/dinner and the onsen!

There were several elderly people (Japanese). I thought it was a steamy hot spring and I was satisfied with all the facilities. However, it is a bit inconvenient because the large public bath and outdoor hot spring are not connected. Except for this part, I am very satisfied.

Have lunch at Hakone Yumoto and take a smooth route bus to Senkyoro. There are only a few rooms, so you can relax. Relax with delicious food and hot springs. However, the open-air bath (for women) first thing in the morning was so hot that I couldn't take a bath. I tried adding water and stirring it, but... I wonder if something can be done.
