家族で宿泊しました。1歳の子供がいたのですが、子供用の小さな浴衣まで用意して頂き嬉しかったです^_^
部屋はとても素敵でテラスからの眺めが最高でした。
客室露天風呂も気持ちよかったです。
小さな子供への配慮やスタッフの方の接客が素晴らしくて是非また伺いたいです。

Wonderful, ***personalized*** hospitality begins right when you step out of their Gora station shuttle. Excellent multi course dinner and breakfast. Lower floors have a large patio space with a private onsen. Plan on checking in at 3pm to really enjoy a full experience.

好喜歡這間飯店，空間很夠，房內就可以泡湯看風景，又可以搭電梯直達早雲寺太棒了，冰箱有果汁啤酒免費，但飯店也可以放些投幣機買飲料泡麵等，附近沒有便利店和超商！

Absolutely loved staying at Gora Hanaougi. All the staff were lovely and attentive. The rooms were relaxing and loved the individual onsen.
As an aside, we did not realise that the hotel is next to one of the cable car stations, which made it easier to get around!

Truly amazing Ryokan, the hotel, the rooms and the surroundings are beautiful and the hospitality of the staff and their attention to detail was incredible. The breakfast and dinners were delicious. They catered for our every need. Would thoroughly recommend to stay here!

Absolutely an amazing experience at this ryokan. The staffs are amazing, rooms are spectacular and cleanliness is top notch. The food is amazing and hot springs are so relaxing. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back!

Great room, view, food, and service Our stay at this hotel was remarkable. Everyone is super friendly. The 10 course dinner and breakfast were on par with some of Michelin star ones we had in Japan. You are treated very well, even better than the 5 star ones we stayed at Kyoto and Tokyo. Highly recommend it!
