The room was great, newly renovated, with new facilities and convenient charging. The room had large windows, a mountain view like a painting, double beds and tatami, perfect for tea and rest. The dinner was kaiseki cuisine, very ceremonial, and the waiter could speak Chinese. There were two public hot springs and four private hot springs, with a variety of bathing options. In short, the service, hygiene, facilities, and transportation were all very good. I said so much because this was the most satisfying accommodation experience of my trip to Japan.

The hotel is aging badly. If you want to check in on the same day, you must make a reservation in advance, otherwise you will not be able to eat. There is only one kiosk in the lobby. There is no instant noodles, only vacuum-packed self-heating rice. It is very monotonous. There are no restaurants, izakayas, or hot spring bath facilities around the hotel. Aging, no bath towels are provided, and shower gel and shampoo are not provided in the room. The hotel is in a superior location and has a good environment. It can overlook Mount Fuji. However, there are few guests and the service is extremely poor. After paying the full amount on Ctrip.com, you will be refunded the next day. The room also charges an additional 300 yen so-called tax per room.
There is a fly in the ointment and it is a disgrace to the scenery. It has been 60 years since the foundation of this hotel was laid, and it is not far away from bankruptcy and liquidation!
