很讚的酒店，有shuttle bus可以從小湧谷到酒店，建議還是坐大巴，不然上下坡還是很累的。
酒店的餐飲都很棒，但是服務員搞錯了套餐，還好交涉之後還是幫我們改回了原本的套餐。
温泉很不錯，下午人不多，還有免費的牛奶和棒冰等，很治癒。

非常治癒身心的一泊二食～！是這次日本遊最舒適的體驗～！治癒了在大阪嵐山暴走，淋着雨在外跑了一天的兩個人！聽着雨聲泡露天湯，也是別樣的體驗！餐食也不錯，雖然晚飯八點有些晚，但六點就有免費小點心供應（🍡糯糯的好好吃）泡完湯，吃完飯，晚上美美的睡了一覺！太治癒了！

在日本住的最滿意的一家酒店，房間特別大，可能是因為度假酒店的關係吧。標準的酒店床，也有日式的喝茶的那個區域，既能夠體驗到日本的文化，也不用再睡榻榻米，作為中國人睡榻榻米真的是比較痛苦的一件事情。然後因為是住在山區，所以晚餐和早飯都是在酒店用的，非常精緻，包含在酒店費用裏。總之非常滿意，唯一欠缺的前台英語不是太好，但也無傷大雅。

温泉設施一流，兩食的水平在這個價位也非常在線，基本每次接送都很迅速（不要自己步行。。別問我怎麼知道），總體上是除了箱根本站以外推薦的住宿地點

整體體驗非常好，山路不好走，行李接送到酒店，酒店的餐食很精緻味道很好。温泉有公共浴池和私湯，環境很好露天私湯三個私密性好體驗非常棒。
