Kanaya Resort Hakone

今年の7月に続き、４回目の訪問となりました。季節的に暑からず寒からずで温泉にはちょうど良い季節かもしれません。今回も期待に沿うディナーを楽しめました。いつもメインは牛肉でしたが、今回は鴨でした。火入れの加減が絶妙で塩気と肉汁がなんとも言えない味でした。魚はハタ料理で、食感がフグに近い感じで、複雑な味わいでよかったです。前菜の魚でサプライズ。妻とお料理の皿が違うのびっくり。妻はサンマでしたが、自分はヒラメでした。なぜ料理が違うのかと聞いたら、ご主人は青魚が苦手と聞いていたとのこと。自分では明確にリクエストした記憶はなかったのだが、どこかの会話で配慮してくれたのだと思う。また、朝食も温泉玉子は食べられないが、ペコリーノチーズをトッピングしてもらってTKGにしてもらえた。ワインもいろいろ試飲させてもらえた。支配人からハタには赤ワインが合うといわれ、チャレンジしたがこれは残念ながら自分的には合わなかった。毎回面白い体験をさせていただき飽きない滞在になっている。スタッフの方は全員感じが良くて満足しています。また、来年メンバー特典のメールが来たら訪問したいと思っています。唯一残念なのはお土産のお菓子が充実していないこと。金谷玉子を常備してほしい。

我が家の別宅へ3度目の訪問となりました。9月に予約入れていましたが、メンバー会員へのお得メールが来ましたので7月に切り替えました。夏のスペシャリテの鮎のコンフィが食べられるとのことで急遽予定変更。夕食は期待通りの内容で大変満足です。食事はここが一番おいしいと思います。ワインは鮎に合うと思い菱山ブラン（まあまあさわやかなテイスト）シャトーブリアンには今回バローロにしてみました。（軽いくちあたりと柔らかな酸味がGOOD）温泉の泉質は期待通り、満足。しかし夏のため虫多数侵入。虫コナーズあるけど効き目なし。朝食は3度目なので洋食に変更していただいた。一度トライしてみたがやっぱりここの朝食は和食のほうがいいと思う。支配人さんには少し変化をつけていただけたらとリクエストしてみた。次回は少しわがままを言って細かい品をちょっと変えてもらおうと思う。スタッフの方は皆さん感じのいいかたばかりでいつもリラックスした滞在にさせていただいています。最後にメンバーズカード渡し忘れはありましたが、ご愛敬ですね。来年は海外旅行に戻りますが、4度目の訪問したいと思います。スペシャリテに期待したい。 こじんまりした大人のホテルです。

２０２２年10月に続き、２度目の訪問です。季節を変えてフォレストテラスの雰囲気が変わっていないか見に行ったのですが、枯れ木三昧で少し残念。６月位でないと緑にはならないかも。車で玄関に乗りつけたが、スタッフの方から名前を言われて気分がよい。ここの良いところは客室が14室しかないので、静かに過ごせることです。スタッフの方も感じが良くて気持ちよく滞在できました。お風呂の泉質はとても良いのでここに来る理由は温泉です。また、今回夕食のパターンが前回とコンセプトが変わっており、とてもおいしかったです。好き嫌いの希望も細かく対応していただきました。ワインもオレンジワインがあり満足です。朝食は変化なしなので残念。変化が欲しいです。改善希望としては、チェックアウトを12時にしてもらいたい。タバコはテラスで吸えるようにしてほしい。コーヒーは部屋にネスレマシーンを置いてほしい。いろいろ言いながら2023年9月も予約入れてきました。最後も多くのスタッフにお見送りしていただきました。私の別邸です。

I had trouble with the wine cellar in the room malfunctioning in the middle of the night.

There are many forests, and the forest terrace is spacious and has a feeling of openness. The view from the semi-open-air bath is great, and you can hear the birds chirping up close and relax while soaking in the hot spring. As expected, the food was all delicious. The meat was also upgraded to Chateau Brion, but the way it was grilled was exquisite. The wine pairing was also good. Unfortunately, the response of the reservation center is not good enough. It is a mistake to contact again because there is no contact even though it is said to contact. It lacks sophistication. Also, the explanation after arriving at the hotel is often different, so I'm confused. I often felt that the customer service was poor, perhaps because the hotel staff were not used to it. It's a pity that it would be perfect if the customer service was a little more sophisticated. But I personally like it because it's an adult resort. I look forward to seeing you again next spring. I think Japanese green tea is better than herbal tea for breakfast.

I stayed in July 2021, the day before the Atami debris flow occurred. It was raining continuously, so I made a phone call to check on the situation on the day of my stay, but the call was connected to the Kanaya General Reception. Without a proper explanation of the local weather and road conditions, I left with some anxiety. Regarding the hot springs, I was convinced that Owakudani Onsen was created by volcanic steam, so it was neither good nor bad, but the food was enjoyable. The next day, it continued to rain and the road to Gotemba, which was the way home, was closed to traffic. Several groups of other guests departed "at their own risk", but what would they do?" Since the morning, the staff has been saying this many times, and I felt that it was time to check out, so I felt that it was my responsibility to leave early. Frustrated by the response, I left the hotel, avoiding the roads in the Gotemba area, which was closed to traffic, and headed toward Yumoto. , I was told to be careful following the car with the local number that came later, and finally I was able to get off the mountain. The hotel's response at that time is a memory that I don't want to remember even now that time has passed. I thought that at times like this, hospitality, which is not apparent, is questioned.
