I like this hotel so much. The staff is attentive. The flight was an hour late and it was already 8 o'clock when I arrived at the hotel. Dinner was ready for me, but I was notified early in the morning. Overall, it is cost-effective and has 2 cute cats!

It was fun to play board games. It was a great help for me to prepare a birthday cake for my companion. The hot spring was also small and relaxing.

The a**osphere from the window, the cloudy hot springs, the cats, and the great location! I sympathize with the comments on each site. And the weather was perfect. However... The facilities are from the Showa era, so I wouldn't say they were particularly bad, but...the open-air bath was under construction, and there was no information at the time of reservation.The bath was noisy during the day due to construction. The hygiene of the room was poor, and a shocking incident happened on the day of arrival! I replaced everything without trust. When I asked the staff to operate the equipment, they explained to me with an attitude that they could fix it if I looked at it, and when I asked for something that wasn't in the room, they came to my room saying, "I'm sure it's there," they said, "I don't have it," and went to get it, and when I left it, it was empty. Is this an inn that you wouldn't mind leaving the room without saying a word? Where is it located? The room staff is also the worst. At dinner time, they prioritized their own work hours over hospitality, said things like "finish quickly" and behaved, there was no staff at the entrance and they were careless, and there was no updating of tourist information in the area. I doubt whether you understand the word "hospitality". The comments on each website of our hotel at the time of reservation are completely useless and some of them are written by "Sakura"? I feel that I can only think so.

Beautiful Ryokan, a little outdated but which takes you back in time with its dinner served in the room where you can eat in traditional dress. We tested the private bath but not the public which was closed in the evening. Please note the dinner is very good but served at 6:00 p.m. and it must be ordered very early. I recommend this establishment for the kindness of the staff and the quality of the food including its typical breakfast 👍

The room was clean, spacious enough, and warm. He prepared my bed while I ate dinner. The food was delicious and I was able to buy it even though I didn't have a dinner reservation. There are two convenience stores nearby and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. There are also various restaurants nearby. The hot spring water was especially great and the private bath was really nice. The yukatas you can choose to wear are pretty. All the staff are friendly, making the trip enjoyable. The three cats were cute and I was happy to meet them all. There are various types of board games. This is an accommodation I would like to stay at again.
