Service: The overall experience is very bad. I have stayed in 5 different hot spring hotels. This one is the worst value for money, with poor service, slow meals, and discrimination. Choose carefully.

Not satisfied with the food, the beef has roots and is not easy to bite. When leaving, there is no shuttle bus so you can book it. You have to take your luggage and take the bus.

I don't recommend this hotel. It's near Gora Park. It's inconvenient to walk with luggage. Toothbrushes need to be paid for. The food is not tasty, at least not suitable for my Chinese stomach. The bathroom in the public area is also very ordinary. There are basically no room facilities and scenery. The picture shows the big slope at the entrance of the hotel. It is a nightmare for luggage carriers.

No matter how much you urge, the waiter will only say sorry to you, but will never speed up the pace of serving any food. The foreigners at the table behind us were served very quickly. They came an hour later than us and finished their meal at about the same time as us. I strongly suspect that this waiter discriminated against and treated differently. The breakfast is also as shown in the picture. These things are not as rich as those in the express hotel in Tokyo. It is really disappointing. Safety: I want to strongly criticize this! The design is extremely unreasonable and there are many safety hazards. My daughter broke her toe while taking a private bath. My mother's foot got stuck in the gap of the sliding door and cut a big gash, blood was all over the floor! ! The staff dealt with it by giving me four band-aids. Because my daughter and my mother were injured, we could no longer take a hot spring bath in the rest of the trip. We have also been to many hot spring hotels, and this is the first time we have encountered such a terrible situation. The facilities are really not worth the price. The hot spring has no view at all and is very small. Please avoid this hotel if you don't want to go home covered in blood!
