A relatively old hot spring hotel, run by an elderly Japanese couple, and an auntie-like waiter. We booked a hotel with two meals. Except for being a little far from the station, everything else was great. The service was also very good. It was clean and tidy. We stayed for two days. The dishes were different every day and felt fresh.

I spent a wonderful night here during New Year's Eve. The waiter barely understands people and foreign languages, but he is friendly and good at communication. I booked a public bathroom first, but then I changed it to a private bath when there was room. My satisfaction improved a lot! The hotel is very close to Hakoyō-Yumoto Station, and the taxi cost was less than 1,000 yen. Later, we couldn't get a taxi and it was very comfortable for us to walk to the station for 15 minutes with our children🏳️🌈

Room (KISAIAN AI) with private bathtub, beautiful and functional.
Top cuisine (both dinner and breakfast)!
For other Italians: Breakfast is savory, no coffee and fish is served! Prepare yourself ;)
The staff does not speak English well but they make themselves understood, they are very kind and professional.

Need to walk a bit from the train station but there is a shuttle bus from here to the train station. Customer service was great and enjoyed the bath outdoor in rainy weather.
