Excellent as usual. We went back again exactly one year after. After you surrender your shoes at the entrance, you will feel like home in the entire ryokan. Private onsen was amazing, kiseki breakfast and dinner was umai, cafes and restaurants nearby for lunch, a short stroll/climb to gora station and the bus stop that takes you to gotemba. Most importantly the staff were very hospitable and what you would expect from Japan service wise. Will not hesitate to visit again (for the 3rd time next year).

The location and the facilities are good. Very close to the train station. I went to the main hotel and was able to leave my luggage so that I don't need to walk up the hill.

The Japanese-style room for four people was large and clean. There were two beds in the room (I didn't notice it at first, I thought it was a wall decoration) and two beds outside. The decoration facilities were quite new, and the breakfast and dinner I ordered were very exquisite. There were drinks and snacks outside the room, which was very convenient to take. What I like most is that the snacks and wine on B1 are available 24 hours a day, and there is free ramen at 10 pm. The photos are very good. I like it 😘. There are Chinese waiters. I will choose Cuiyun next time.

A perfect hotel, service, food, hot springs, impeccable, highly recommended to stay in Hakone, enjoy the home-like experience, the only small drawback is probably that it is a little troublesome to drag the luggage uphill from Gora Station

The private pool is very good, I went there late, the pool is clear and the water temperature is just right. The room is very large, and Conan is playing on the TV, which is satisfactory.

We drove there by ourselves. If you drive there by yourself, the mountain road is still quite rugged, with a lot of steep slopes. There are many sharp turns on the mountain roads in Japan, but we still found it by following the navigation. The service was super good and very considerate. The dinner was very rich but the taste was average, but the service and other aspects of the experience can make up for it. There were not many people when we went there, and we tried all three private soups, which were very unique! If there is a next time, I will still consider this restaurant.

We booked a one night stay with two meals. The hotel provided Kaiseki cuisine, which was very rich and delicious! The location is near Gora Station, but there is a big slope. It is best to contact the hotel for pick-up, otherwise it will be difficult to pull the suitcase up hahahaha

Overall satisfactory. The hot spring is online. The courtyard layout is very beautiful.
