Take the small train to Gora Station. After exiting the station, walk through a downward tunnel and the first hotel that appears is 3 to 5 minutes away. The hotel is in an art gallery style, literary and fresh, I like it very much. I chose a room with bunk beds. I was a little surprised when I entered the room because of the mixed gender. Although there were 8 people in the same room, everyone was quiet and self-conscious. Most of the guests are European and American, so English can be communicated at the front desk. The hot springs in public areas are limited to 6 people using them at the same time. I went there at 9pm thinking it was the peak time, but I was the only one, so I took a photo. Towels, toiletries and bathrobes are provided. The bed is equipped with quilts, blankets, and a small lockable box for each person to lock valuables. The room is equipped with an air purifier. Since I had to catch a flight early the next morning and had not eaten in the hotel, I will omit this section.

When staying in Hakone, you really have to choose one that’s close to the station! Because the roads in Hakone are really winding! If you live further away, it will be really hard to take the detour! The overall accommodation experience is great. The shared bed rooms are very spacious and not crowded. The nearest convenience store was about a 10-minute walk away. I bought a free pass and took the train directly to the convenience store.

It is obviously a double room with two separate beds and a bathroom. Why do we set it as a single room when booking and force guests to book two double rooms and use them as single rooms? Are you forcing guests to spend more?
