Dinner was so delicious. Very close to train station. 10 minutes by walking.

This is the worst tourist hotel experience I have ever had. 1. The hotel facilities are old and there are ugly old gray stains everywhere; 2. The heating capacity of the air conditioner is insufficient in the middle of winter. Not only did we all get colds, but it also whirred as if we were playing an accordion. 3. The experience of soaking in a hot spring pool is the same as that of a bathhouse. There is no interest in taking a dip. Those who do not take a dip will also be charged a hot spring tax; 4. The washbasin in the bathroom is not underwater, so you have to wait a long time to brush your teeth before continuing to wash your face; 5. I couldn't bear it anymore and asked to check out early and was told that the fee would not be refunded. What the hell, feelings are just about cheating one by one? ! I decided to check out and leave even if I didn't get a refund for more than 4,000 yuan a night!

The more than 2,800 rooms really surprised me, and I was also impressed by the management of such a large website provider as Ctrip. 1 I booked more than 2,800 yuan a month in advance. I was nervous at the time, but I checked it on the same day, and it was 1,350 yuan for the day I stayed with Ctrip. Hotel dumping understands, but there is a limit! Otherwise, what about the guests who have already booked? Being taken advantage of in advance? (It can be seen how chaotic Ctrip supplier management is) 2 See the hotel in the picture, I was really shocked by the 2800 hotel! ! (Compared with the hotel with a view balcony in the same price that Mt. Fuji stayed in in the last picture today, this hotel is really scared to death) 3 I was bitten by 5 bags at night without any mosquito repellent measures 😂😂😂 4 It is summer now, the temperature of the hot spring in the hotel is high, and it is too empty and stuffy after soaking! ! The worst experience is that the employees come in to take a shower directly after get off work

I like this old hotel frequently. The decoration and landscaping are extremely well done. Although the service staff are a bit old, their English skills are very good. I will choose Hakone for the long term.

It is about 8 minutes away from Hakone-Yumoto Station. Although the rooms are old, they are still clean. In addition to public hot springs, each room can also reserve a private hot spring. The service staff are also very friendly.

The room at this price doesn't match very much. I only stayed for one night. I got up at 9 o'clock the next day and left. The room fee was not refunded. Can the platform coordinate the check-out fee?

This Ryokan was very nice! The onsen was very relaxing, I recommend trying the public bath even if you have a private one. The food was very traditional.

The seasonal food is very good (and quite a lot!) The property has this great rustic feel that I really enjoyed.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Dinner was served at 6pm which we initially thought was a bit early but there were so many courses it took us ages to eat! Can’t fault the amount of food and despite us both being big eaters, we couldn’t finish it all. The beds were also surprisingly comfortable and breakfast was also big. Some points for improvement given the price: (i) 3pm check in and 10am check out is one of the tightest times we’ve had across our stay (ii) not much choice for dinner time nor 30 minute private onsen (iii) the table in our room was quite damaged and could do with a repaint on the edges. Only something minor but given there was only the table and two chairs in the room to begin with, it really stood out (iv) room was smaller than expected.

Our first stay at a traditional Ryokan and it was wonderful, a complete wind down from our 3 days in Tokyo! The private onsen which we reserved at check in was wonderful! And then we had the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast in our room which was a wonderful experience! Staff were all so friendly and accommodating when we left our back before departing for some more site seeing after check out! Highly recommend this ryokan if you are heading to Hakone!

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location was easily accessible from the station, and there were several bus stops nearby to explore the surrounding area.
