四季之湯是在箱根遇到的最好的酒店，沒有之一。也是濃縮了日本鄉間民宿所有精華的酒店。
這樣的酒店讓你希望能夠停留一整天都沒有任何問題。
酒店自己的晚餐也非常精緻和可口，除了上菜有點慢。
但是晚餐的儀式感懷石料裏的儀式感也同等重要。

在東京一直住14平的小房間，來這家酒店就是意料之中的滿意。服務很好，全程榻榻米，酒店很安靜，吃的不太能適應，但也不算難吃。中國胃，到了日本總要忍受一下的，做好這個預期就行。湯泉很好，很乾凈，一定要預訂一下私湯～
一個是限時30分鐘，需要預訂。一個是沒人用就可以去，不需預約。不用預約的我們早上7點30去的，果然沒人哈哈

定的一泊二食，早餐晚餐都非常豐盛。酒店的温泉池有好幾個，邊泡湯邊賞山景，很愜意。房間超級大，裝修風格也很古樸。

酒店服務很好，晚餐懷石料理味道一般，女將人很好，衹是不會英語，不過用軟件翻譯也不太影響，公湯比私湯要好。唯一的大bug就是房間是角房，景色是很好，但2月初入住還是很冷的，屋內大廳衹是一台空調供暖，房間裏是暖桌和一個電暖氣，但入住後才開啟，等升温時間很久，即使温度上來了，房間還是冷，尤其是衞生間，冷到無法洗澡，洗漱也是快快的湊合完成，衹能去公湯洗澡。所以3000+的價格和這個配套不太符了

客觀而言，對酒店很失望！
體現在以下幾個方面和具體事件：
1、酒店規矩多、死板，日本人這樣也勉強接受吧！什麼都得按酒店的規矩來，什麼都沒得商量和切合客服！！
2、服務人員態度不好，雖然沒有惡語，但面目、眼神及行為都不是很友善和熱情！
3、我們一行都小童不吃魚和海鮮，已經備註給攜程，雖然晚餐給安排了肉食晚餐！但早餐還是上了魚，我們請酒店給改炒蛋或者煎蛋，答覆早餐已經做好了，不能加！然後我們又商量給倒杯牛奶，服務員詢問後也答覆不能加！這種對待客人的態度和做法，沒遇到過！第一次！所以值得我反反覆覆説幾次！
3、送客人去車站時，我們有位女客人有頭暈毛病，上車習慣坐在前排了，被司機要求移到後排，把前排給了後上車的兩位日本當地客人！怎麼理解？？在我們一再説明情況後，兩位客人自己坐到了後一排，才得以解決！但完全不是酒店給解決的！
4、按慣例酒店在客人離店時會給客人拍照、服務，我們看到酒店對其他日本客人是這麼做的。但對我們沒有提供任何的服務！好吧，我們不需要！
以後不會再來這家酒店，整體檔次、服務完全不對等預期和價位！
也不會推薦朋友來這家！
