ロケーションがとてもよかった。駐車場も近くにあり、行きたいショップも歩いていける距離、ホテルは、こじんまりしていて、アットホーム的な感じ、外国の方が多くて海外へいった気分になりました。オーナーさんはとても親切で、お客のニーズによく対応してくれていました。

An establishment on a human scale: only 12 people can be accommodated. The owners are attentive and Mac speaks almost perfect English (well for me who is French). Don’t hesitate to have the evening meal: the shabu-shabu is excellent

We had a terrific couple of days at Jemsty. It is very well located. If you get a Hakone Freepass transport is at your door. The room is nice in a traditional Japanese way. Futon beds and comfy pillows plus tatami mats create a lovely atmosphere. Fuji was visible from our window. Mac, the owner, is very helpful. He provided detailed explanations of how to get there and how to do the things we planned. The meals were superb. Breakfast was nice and the dinners were out of this world. I loved the chicken hot pot whereas my wife felt that the pork syabu syabu was the best pork she’s ever eaten. I can highly recommend Jemsty in every way of you plane to visit Hakone.

I had a late lunch. I have a chicken teriyaki set meal and my wife has a fried oyster set meal. The chicken teriyaki set meal was fragrant and the chicken was grilled and greasy, and it was delicious with yuzu pepper. The tofu and radish salad is also a hearty and satisfying lunch. When I divided the fried oysters in half and ate them, I felt the freshness of the oysters. It was refreshing with lemon. I think it's a delicious restaurant. The store clerk is also solid and it is a good store.
