酒店位置比較偏，離最近的大平台站大約需要步行十多分鐘。要爬一段較長的坡。酒店設施比較簡單，也不供應餐食。周圍也沒有什麼餐館，吃飯有點麻煩。可能是因為疫情，酒店似乎衹有一位員工管理整間酒店，衹負責每天更換浴巾和清理垃圾，沒有更多的服務。

幼児は無料でしたが、大人と同じタオルや浴衣を借りられ助かりました。子供スリッパがピカチューだったので子供は大喜びでした。
○自販機など
食事の提供停止中なので、自販機のバリエーションを豊かにしてほしい。野菜ジュースやコーンスープがあると良い。
フロントで辛カップ麺は販売していたが、子供は食べられないので、ほぼ朝食が手持ちお菓子になってしまった。
近くのコンビニは夜6時なのに閉店しており、食糧調達には不便。
○温泉や館内状況
とろみを感じる良いお湯でした。
館内は改装して10年以内位で割とキレイで安心できました。

挺棒的，老闆是中國人，我去的時候幾乎沒人，包下酒店一般的快感，娛樂設施也挺齊全，温泉，桌球什麼的都有，地理位置一般，大平台站離主要景點都不是很近，而且這個站配套設施不夠齊全，飯店便利店什麼的很少，推薦吃完飯再回去

客室が少ないため、貸切気分で施設を利用することができました。ビリヤードも置いてあるので湯上がりに楽しく遊べますし、マッサージチェアもありとてもリラックスできます。また、大平台駅・バス停からの送迎もしてくださるのでとてもアクセスも良いです。(温泉郷と少し離れていますが)
とても清掃が行き届いていて、快適に過ごすことができましたが、残念ながら私が泊まった部屋は障子が何ヶ所か破られていたり、押し入れにしみがついていたので、清潔度は4とさせていただきます。
