房間實際比預訂時候顯示的照片要大很多，真是驚喜，有卧室客廳小廳洗手間沐浴間衞生間，而且很乾凈。早餐精緻豐富。晚餐沒吃到無法評價。離湯本站也超級近，過個馬路走兩三百米就到了。訂單是含晚餐和早餐，可惜原本能上午到湯本由於航班延誤十小時導致晚上7點多才到湯本，而且延誤當天一早我們就通知商家晚餐趕不過來協商取消晚餐，在預知的趕不到晚餐並確定告知的情況下酒店不同意，不過攜程很不錯，積極和酒店協商未果後還是由攜程安排了退款晚餐費用。後來在晚上八點多在喜之助下班之前吃了晚餐，還算一切順利

這次日本旅遊最喜歡的一家酒店！
房間挺新的，就在箱根車站旁邊，樓下就是商業街，特別方便。房間雖然不大，但是景色特別好，陽台看出去就是河景。我們定的是私湯房，陽台上還有個小的泡湯池。
下午還預訂了樓頂的私湯-川蟬，非常出片，50分鐘2200日元。
我們定的是衹包含早餐，下午辦理入住的時候會和你確認好第二天早上用早飯的時間。

總體酒店還是很不錯的。房間有私湯也很方便，公共湯池有室內和露天的，露天風呂緊鄰付費的私湯，景色還是很相似的。雖然服務的長者不能説英文，但是服務非常很用心。傳統的日式早餐也很豐盛。地理位置優越，離湯本站很近，交通便利，附近的餐廳和便利店也很多！

從地鐵只幾分鐘步程，非常方便，除check-in時可用英語溝通外，其餘時間不能，尤其重要的是提供房間定食時，食物足夠但質素一般，未有驚喜..但不失為一個和室體驗，服務員友善，地方乾凈。

酒店位置很好，搭車方便。餐食也很不錯，每次吃撐。泡湯也非常舒服。去箱根推薦住這裏。唯一就是餐食是送進房間的，想睡懶覺的人就不太友好了
