酒店很適合朋友或者帶長者，早餐非常不錯，有好吃的🥐、咖啡，温泉舒服，可以看到富士山。酒店的院子早餐湖景看到富士山很美。步行到箱根⛩️和美術館都很方便。

Very good experience overall.
Lake view is awesome. Service is great and people very nice and helpful.
Breakfast is good but a bit pricey. Products are fresh and very good but for the price I was expected a bit more choice and quantities.

Air conditioning temperature cannot be adjusted, we went in April, it was cool outside and there was only heating option on the controls, no cool air option at all. Had to open the windows to get cool air in, still it was too hot inside. Wasn’t able to get a good sleep.
Rude encounter with a staff which I believe was the manager. He was downright nasty and arrogant. I would totally avoid this place, his actions was disgusting. He spoke very limited English which was understandable, however using rude gestures pointing and shooing off guests is such a rude thing to do. Would never go back because of this incident.

ウェルカムドリンクやバーのメニューも豊富でよかったです。
温泉でゆっくりできました。
朝食のフレンチトーストがもはやとろっとろで最高に好きなタイプでした。美味しかったです。
