The staff including the manager are very nice and helpful. They are enthusiastic to help. I have very good experience here. The place is clean and just near the train station. I will sure come again

箱根湯本站出來過個橋就是酒店，面積挺大的。靠着湖，湖景房和山景房視野很好，坐在陽台上聽着水流聲很舒服，度假就該這樣。大浴場開到凌晨一點，私湯到晚上11點，大的3000一次，一次45分鐘。小一點的2000。温泉非常不錯，泡完出來休息室喝一瓶明治冰牛奶，特別舒服。酒店有些年份，但衞生很好，服務也很好。早餐相對來説比較普通。酒店居酒屋不錯，箱根的餐廳大都閉店很早，這裡能解決晚餐。且味道絕對可以！這個酒店地理位置和環境真心不錯，且便利。下次還去住。
