是傳統的日式酒店，great onsen！服務員都很熱情，尤其是前台的大叔和餐廳的一位大姐，會主動用非常有限的中文打招呼，還是讓人蠻意外和開心的。房間就是傳統的日式房間，還算是安靜的

有接駁車服務在箱根湯本車站打電話雖然語言不通還是立馬就來，不到五分鐘的車程就到飯店了。退房的時候， 也是馬上跟櫃檯說明馬上就送我們到車站； 這個服務態度真的好. 這次訂的是日式榻榻米的房間， 房間應該有些年紀了， 比較舊； 訂的是一駁二食的產品-晚餐是自助式的 很豐盛 但是因為飯店規模不大； 所以還是飯店通知吃飯的時候要馬上就可以去餐廳（很多菜色都是吃完不補）早餐也是 就是盡量準時依照飯店的行程吃飯的概念！ 飯店有大浴湯… 睡前和清晨泡湯真的很棒的. 走路約五分鐘有711也是方便的.

There are reserved seats for guests to enjoy at a reserved time. No surprise that there are no seats. The breakfast and dinner are very good and comfortable to eat.

Breakfast and dinner are included, and the food quality and selection are all considered acceptable. There is also a choice of beer, red wine, and Japanese sake x5 for dinner, all you can drink for free. The room was okay, considered hygienic. The decoration is somewhat dilapidated.
