The service is impeccable, everyone is very professional and welcoming. There is no public area in the hotel to go shopping, so you can only drive out to play and watch the scenery. I booked two rooms. This room is on a large flat floor and smoking is allowed. My husband is very satisfied. The breakfast and dinner are very rich and satisfying. Our stay was absolutely magical. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with excellent service. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. The views & the rooms are exceptional. Our private onsen was very relaxing and just what we were looking for to finish our stay in Japan. The food is divine! It was like living in a dream.
