The room is clean. The public bath and the inside of the hotel are clean. I ordered a massage, but unfortunately it was all occupied, and as I was walking through the building, my name was called, and a male staff member scratched my lower back and apologized for not being able to arrange a massage. It's wonderful that he remembers my name and is so considerate. The food was of high quality for a reasonably priced inn, and there was nothing bad about it. The people in charge of serving the food didn't waste any time, and we never had to wait. There was one rather unpleasant incident. This is the response of the female staff at check-in. The female staff members were giggling with each other and making fun of the customers passing by in whispers as they went through the check-in process. It is unacceptable to speak ill of customers.

今まで宿泊した中でかなり良かった旅館です。部屋は広々として景色も良く、 館内も広々としていて落ち着き気持ちよかったです。 温泉は貸切無料、シャワーの出も良く、湯上がりにアイスのサービスもありました。 そして接客がどの方もとても丁寧親切です。自然に囲まれているのに、虫が出ないなと思っていたら、虫一匹いるとお店の方がものすごい早さで取っていました。 食事もおいしく連泊しましたが、次の日は別メニューにしてくれていました。 本当にくつろぐことができ、人にはあまり教えたくないほどでした。 箱根の中ではかなりリーズナブルで最高でした。箱根に行ったらぜひまた泊まりたいです。

I used it before breakfast because I can use the family bath for free, although it is only once during my stay. I'm glad that I can relax without worrying about others. Guest room The first time was a Japanese-style room, the second time was a Japanese-Western style room, but after all it was easier for us to use the Japanese-Western style room with a bed. The Japanese-Western style room we stayed in was spacious with no steps from the entrance to the washroom, toilet, and Western-style room, and all the doors were sliding doors with large handles, so even wheelchair users could use it. "Shonan Gold Pale Ale" at dinner This is an original craft beer of the Ichinoyu Group that uses the juice of "Shonan Gold", a local specialty of Odawara, which is included in the all-you-can-drink menu (1,100 yen per person). It was a very delicious beer that was refreshing but chewy, with the bitterness of pale ale and the fresh flavor of Shonan Gold juice. It was good that it was served in a glass instead of a mug because it was delicious until the end. There are 2 karaoke rooms, but even a small room can accommodate about 8 people. It seems that there aren't many people using it, so the reservation was rattled, but it's as low as a karaoke box because you can sing as much as you want for 1,100 yen per room per hour. After a long time, the couple sang for 2 hours. It was a hotel with many good points, but there were some unfortunate points in the food that made me wonder, "Why?" At the time of the second stay, we added "Sashimi" which was well-received by word of mouth. Among the fresh and delicious sashimi such as sea bream, white fish, and botan shrimp, why is only tuna at this level? Just add thin slices of lean meat in color. It is better not to have this. The other is "Negitoro" for breakfast. It was the paste-like "Negitoro" that is often sold at supermarkets. This ruins the dignity of the hotel. I wanted you to use a cheap plan that suits the level of the hotel. If the exterior work is completed and the view is improved, I think it will be even more attractive, but whether or not you can come to stay again depends on the accommodation cost.

安くて清潔、過ごしやすい。 電話対応なども素晴らしい。 箱根湯本駅から近く、使い勝手がよくコスパ最高です。 お風呂は手狭だが、川のせせらぎが心地よい。夜は川の音を聞きながら熟睡できます。 間違いなくリピートしますね。

毎年来ています。従業員さんは色々と柔軟に対応してくれてとても良く、部屋も広く景色もよいので、とてもよい旅館です。お世話になりました。また来ます。

今回で3回目の利用です。いつも和洋室の利用で向きは山側ですが広々としていて４脚の椅子が付いたテーブルがあって老人には立ったり座ったりが楽でありがたいです。また利用しようと思います。食事は美味しいですが毎回変わりバイがしないので少し工夫してもらえば星５ですが・・・

久し振りに一の湯になってから初、開雲へ8月の月末に２泊。 良かったので昨夜から3連泊 朝食と夕食。（夕食は他に鱧の天ぷら焼き魚、デザートだったかな？） そんなに豪華では無いけれど毎日メニューが変わって、飲み放題も付いているから、コスパは良いと思います。 お部屋も1人には広いよー これで連泊割りもあるし尚且つ１日1000円の金券でお土産も買えちゃいます。 今回は和室、前回はツインの洋室でした。

初めて宿泊させて頂きました。従業員さんの対応もとても良く、部屋もとてもよかったです。またぜひ期待です。

旅館のご飯が美味しいところに宿泊したくて、色々旅館をみて悩んでいたらじゃらんに載っていた写真が美味しそうでここに決めました。実際に宿泊してみて、ご飯が豪華で驚きました。金目鯛の煮付けや舟盛りにしゃぶしゃぶ。普段、食べる機会がないのでとても美味しくて満足しました。お部屋も広くてのんびりと居心地よく過ごすことができました。おかげでとても素敵な時間になりました。ありがとうございました。
