Super value for money. The ryokan is right next to a bus stop and convenient store. The room has private bath with nice view. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Will come back.

Downside: this Onsen resort are really so-so, the view of the room are basically block and the room space are not big but not small, so this may not the best choice of this price range. Upside: The dinner is stunning and super good and the staff are very polite and u only have a minute walk to the bus stop and convenience store.

The location is next to a convenience store, so it is absolutely convenient to buy late night snacks. There is a self-service drink next to the front desk, as well as a microwave and tableware for use. Unfortunately, there is no lift, which may be inconvenient for the elderly or those with heavy luggage.

We’ll be in Sengokuhara at 6 o’clock, and you can get there by mountain bus. Each room has an open-air hot spring, which is very comfortable to soak in at night. The breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel are also very rich, and overall I am very satisfied.

It's OK. There is a bath in the room, not a hot spring. If you want to take a hot spring bath, you have to go outside. The dinner is quite ordinary.

The layout of key areas of the facility was stressful. The food was disappointing as it reminded me of a typical inn rather than a relaxed atmosphere. The food was colorful and lacking consistency, and it was very salty and chemically flavored.

The private bath is very comfortable and the bath is larger than expected. The food is very unique and the portions are large. The service staff is very enthusiastic and there are also people who can provide Chinese services.

If you don’t like Japanese food, it’s best not to go. I almost vomited after dinner... I don’t know why the indoor air conditioning is not powerful. I was originally just interested in the style and supporting conditions of the room, but later I decided to spend more than a thousand yuan to soak in the mountains. It was not interesting to stay one night. The front desk finally gave me a pack of special noodles. After checking out of the room, I ran back to Tokyo. Hakone is still not suitable for me.

Although this hotel is more expensive, I really don't regret it! The facilities are very impressive, and the private soup is also very comfortable~ The next day's breakfast is reserved, although I don't like Japanese food, it is delicious! The traffic is not bad, I hope everyone’s trip to Hakone will be sunny ☀️

good choice

We went here as part of a Hakone experience which included the wonderful scenery of the region. The hotel experience split between cuisine and a room with its own hot bath. The cuisine part revolved around do-it-yourself cooking of various fish species which is fine for an evening experience but falls flat in the morning when all you want is a coffee, cereal and coffee The room part was the big letdown. Yes the hot bath was an experience but the room was dark, lacked daylight and decent lighting on both the bed and seating were uncomfortable. As there was nothing else to do, the after dinner portion of the stay was just poor.

Overall hotel was fine. Rooms in the traditional Japanese style - and with a small outdoor onsen on the balcony. Very clean and functional - although the shower being effectively outside when the weather is cold isn’t great. Breakfast was traditional Japanese fare - be warned - no eggs and bacon here! The public onsen was a little disappointing - I was expecting beautiful views in a traditional Japanese garden. This was more like a concert re back yard.
