The hotel is located near Lake Ashi, and walking distance to Moto-Hakone bus station. Check-in time at 3pm, but you can leave your luggage at the villa. The restaurant is at the ground floor, while my lake view twin room is on the 4th floor (no lift). Owner Suzuki-san emailed beforehand to confirm my reservation and I was glad that they could provide vegan breakfast for my mum. The room is spacious and comes with kitchenette facility. Room amenities are more than adequate. Western breakfast is served in your room and in big portion. Staff could speak decent English.
