As a family of 6, including 2 young children, we stayed in one of the chalets. The quality from top to bottom was excellent. The room we were in was very comfortable, although note some bedding on offer are bunk beds or singles, which we can't comment on. There is an ensuite for each bedroom, a large well equipped kitchen and a drying room for ski gear. We found the pick up service offered as a part of the package was particularly useful - taking the pain out of getting around. A special thanks go out to Souza and Wills who went out of their way to assist us during our stay there. Also a thanks to Charlie who drove us only one time but was also very helpful.

It's a 3 story Chalet log house with every modern convenience you can images and also all normal resort services are available from the Hakuba Hotel Group, even though the location is on a mountain in the forest. Very peaceful.
