"The hotel service was great, and the hot springs were fantastic – loved the milk too! The East Wing is more convenient for accessing the public hot springs. However, I have to complain about the restaurant. There was a typo on the menu (appetizer listed as '24mouth' instead of '24month'), and when I kindly pointed it out, they acted as if I was deliberately looking for trouble. The shrimp on the second day wasn't fresh, and the chef wasn't very friendly when they brought out a replacement dish. This restaurant seriously dragged down my overall hotel experience. The poor service in the restaurant alone cost them two points."

Good connection with free shuttle buses to Hakube station with Lawson. Not far from food street with restaurants and bars!  Very quiet at night, we absol Loved our stay! "Service was in general good. Most staff can speak English and were very helpful.  We booked their teppanyaki restaurant but due to a member being sick, we cancelled it one day ahead.  However, we were then being told that there is a 50% charge which was not explained to us when we made the booking.  After some back and forth, they finally agreed to waive it.  Appreciated that but it was a hassle.  The apartment is nice and juices and water were included in the fridge.  There's no onsen nor swimming pool nor a gym in the hotel.  Breakfast was good with lots of varieties.  Location is excellent within walking distance to the Main Street in Echoland where most restaurants are.  Hotel provides shuttle buses to Happo One and Hakuba 47.  "

"The price of the snow season is quite expensive. The big bed room is 5000+, and the Gaza hair bed is more than 300. This hotel is marked with four stars, but the Google search is marked with Samsung. Not run by locals in Japan, the sanitary environment is really average, the big bathing venue is sticky, there are floating hair in the pool, and the towels are thrown everywhere. The carpet used in the room, but the vacuum is not thorough, and the dust allergy has to wear a mask, and the purifier can be comfortable. Breakfast is all European, there is no Japanese soup or the like, cold food. I wanted to use a dryer, but as soon as I entered the socks, the dryer was full of black hair. The pick-up day was also promised 15 minutes, but I waited for 30 minutes. I called again and said that there were other things on the road. Not recommended, if you want to come to Baima, it is recommended to book other hotels."

"The English of the lobby staff was mediocre, and the restaurant waiter didn't know much about French wine, even serving French white wine in a sake cup 😅. However, they were genuinely dedicated to serving guests 💕. There's a definite need for more training for the restaurant staff, especially regarding sommelier services."

"The best part about this hotel was definitely the breakfast – they had everything from Japanese to Western options. I especially loved the soba noodles and the fried eggs. The coffee was good too, and they offered various egg rolls. The room itself was quite spacious; we had no trouble fitting our two large suitcases. However, the bathroom was a bit small, feeling somewhat disproportionate to the rest of the room. The other hotel facilities were pretty basic; there wasn't much to attract us beyond just needing a place to sleep for the night. Because of this, paying over 3100+ per night (including breakfast) felt a bit expensive."

"Lovely place, it is very clean, super warm, the staff are very friendly and the buffet is very good. I would recommend dinner more than breakfast as they have more options then. BEWARE: While the rooms are advertised as “mountain view” and while you can see the mountain from the rooms, it is DEFINITELY NOT the same images that are advertised online. The photo below is the view from our window, and while it is cloudy, there’s a massive building and half a roof blocking our view. This means that not every room is mountain view, so book carefully."
